The hosts Kevin & Kirsty were fantastic, very personable - from meeting & greeting, offering advice on where to go, awesome chef and being all round great. Breakfast was superb 👌 and rooms were cosy and comfortable - slept well!

Fantastic location, Kevin and Kirsty were amazingly helpful and the breakfast were absolutely amazing. You’ll not be disappointed staying here, just wish we’d booked longer. Mike & Pat

everything was just perfect. the hosts kirsty and kevin are extremely warmhearted and friendly people that make you feel at home at once. the guest house is within easy reach of the centre of aviemore but very quiet. the cosy room offers a lovely view to the garden where you may see deer that feed on the blossoms of the apple tree. the breakfast is absolutely delicious and kirsty was so kind to make us sandwiches and tea as we had to leave early.
pity we had to leave after four wonderful days
