Friendly staff and atmosphere, willing to help with anything. Beds were comfortable and sturdier than most hostels. Bathrooms very clean compared to other stays. I loved the common area with the forest view. It was out of this world.
Was very pleased overall, but for a proce of almost 40€ a night I thought the 3£ towel fee was a bit unnecessary.

This is the first time I have used a Hostel and I must say that I was very impressed with this one. The staff were very polite and helpful and made my stay easy and comfortable. The dining area was clean and tidy as was the lounge area. This area was nice with a pool table, various board games and a TV for good in house entertainment. The toilets/showers were very clean and kept tidy with plenty of hot water in the shower. The bedroom I used (Room 2) was again tidy and clean. There is 4 beds (2 single beds and a set of bunk beds) but plenty of room. My bed was really comfortable that allowed me to have two great nights sleep. There is plenty of parking space in the car park and some nice walks within the grounds. I would definitely recommend anyone who uses Hostels to try this one as they won't be disappointed. I had a good low cost stay and if I'm back in the area I will definitely consider it again. Overall I am a very satisfied customer/Hostel stayer. Thanks to everyone for making my first Hostel stay and very enjoyable experience.

Comfy bed, good shower, and toilets next to dorm. Super kitchen and facilities, not that they're much use to me :) Nice and handy for local facilities.
Narrow bed, to accommodate cupboard in room. Poor storage facilities in toom, no shelf, drawers. One cupboard, but hanging rail was missing and no shelf. Door closers and passing toilet users made it a little noisier than one might want, but wasn't the worst. A bedside light would have been welcome.
