Convenient location, comfortable and great value for money

Very close to the station. The roof is stunning.

The shower, the hot water is intermittent and sometimes you risk to burn yourself.

The host is very kind, good location not far from the train station and with lots of good restaurants, reasonable price, overall clean, large rooms with almost everything we need.

The connection of internet is baaaad… and no free wifi offered. A bit of smell of gas in the bathroom and the kitchen while using the hot water.

Nice Location for those who never sleep

The place matches its description and pictures. Nice design, good pizzeria on the ground floor, private parking.

There’s bo air conditioner and thus, you need to keep the windows open at night. However, it is very noisy on the street all night long, and it is almost impossible to sleep well. The bed is one of the room is pretty old and not stable- there’s a chance that your first jump on the bed will be your last jump. The shower cabin is skinny size.

It was a pleasant stay for a few days. We got what we needed at that moment. Host was very helpful.

Location: in the middle of everything (good & bad) Host: very nice and available to help (even though we never met but he was always reachable with solutions via telephone Apartment :Well set with beautiful designs

The beds :The mattresses were too thin and one was too low. The balcony: This is a shared balcony with a nice neighbour living next door but passes at free will. It is not advisable to leave the doors ajar during the summer. Location: Located in the middle of the city, right above a bar, a restaurant, supermarket and other surrounding bars, it gets very noisy in the night and in the early mornings when shop owners start their day. No WiFi!

La ubicación es excepcional, tienes cerca restaurantes, el centro y la estación de tren.

El apartamento necesita una actualización más moderna. No tiene aire acondicionado, van con ventiladores que tenían tanto polvo que uno tuve que limpiarlo antes de usarlo. La cocina no tiene vasos ni cubiertos. Las camas son viejas y no son muy cómodas. Donde dormíamos se movía mucho la madera como si faltara apretar mejor los tornillos. Lo bueno es que está muy céntrico de todo. Si puedes pasar de esas comodidades... el sitio cumple para dormir unos días.

Localisation parfaite pour explorer le centre-ville à 4-5-6 personnes

L'emplacement de l'appartement proche du centre-ville et de tous les commerces-bars-restaurants à 5-10min à pied; la taille de l'appartement avec 2 chambres séparées avec chacune un lit double, et le canapé-lit du salon; la décoration et le plafond en brique du salon-cuisine; les équipements complets en cuisine pour petit-déjeuner ou repas; la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Paolo au téléphone pour tout régler même à distance - y compris ses réponses par téléphone ou mail pour préparer les virements bancaires. L'arrivée dans l'appartement s'est faite sans contact physique, tout s'est passé au téléphone avec Paolo pour ouvrir les portes (soit par un digicode, soit par déverrouillage avec son téléphone) et accéder au boitier à clé dans l'immeuble rapidement.

Le paiement par virement bancaire pour l'acompte de 40€ puis le total à l'arrivée, sur le compte d'Antonella Mauri. J'étais réticent au début avec les nombreuses arnaques sur le site Booking.com et les fausses messageries => Tout s'est bien passé avec les virements, soyez rassurés et faites confiance à Paolo ! :)
