Central but quirky

The location is good for the Station and city centre. There is a South facing balcony with bistro table and views of the hills. The hosts allowed us to check in early as our train arrived at lunchtime.

The bathroom was shambolic with low water pressure, no hot water in the morning, broken shower head support and poor lighting. The Nespresso machine was still broken, despite being mentioned in a May review. We had to buy tablets for the dishwasher, so at least the next occupants have some.

Perfect apartment, brilliant city!

Very comfortable and convenient with a super helpful host Poli; she was brilliant. We could easily walk to shops and sites from the apartment and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Terme Turino is definitely worth a visit as is the Lingotto former FIAT factory. Turin is a great city and the apartment a great place to stay!

Spacious apartment in excellent central location with great view from the sunny balcony.

The apartment is spacious with 2 large bedrooms. The location is perfect, beautiful street in the centre of Torino, close to the bus and train station. The apartment is located in a local buiding so you are surrounded by Italians and not by other tourists, which is wonderful and adds to the Italian experience. The balcony is sunny and has a great view.

Do not rent here!

1) Decent central location to the city center. 2) The owner was nice enough and didn’t mean wrong but she didn’t have any business managing a short term rental. 3) decent size 4) kitchen - i didn’t cook but this is something that a lot of people might like.

1) terrible service 2) expensive for what you get unless you’re there with a MINIMUM of 4 people, 5 if there is a couple 3) deceiving listing. Booking.com doesn’t collect the entire fee and you’re expected to pay cash at the door with a 250€ deposit!!! which I refused. I would never had chosen this property had I known this. 4) no internet though the listing said there was. 5) non English speaking managers. This is not required but for a short term rental renting to mostly foreign tourists, having a basic grasp of other languages is a must. Conclusion) I would only consider staying here again if I had 4+ people and didn’t want to rent multiple hotel rooms and I could fluently speak Italian.

Appartamento Appartamento centrale ma poco curato

Posizione centralissima a pochi minuti dalla stazione e dal centro della città. La casa è grande e calda anche in giornate molto fredde nonostante gli infissi siano datati.

Divano letto in soggiorno molto scomodo. Un solo bagno anche se la casa è da 8 posti letto. Il bagno ha una finestra coperta da una tenda che si apre direttamente in cucina, senza neanche un aeratore. Vasca da bagno scomoda, sarebbe bene sostituirla con una doccia. In generale mobilio datato e segni di usura e trascuratezza .

Molo bello e' da ripetersi.

La posizione era ottima, molto comodi anche gli ambienti. Da consigliare, io sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Torino lo riutilizzerei.

Senz'altro toglierei la vasca mettendo una doccia e' scomoda soprattutto se una persona non e' piu' giovane.

Soluzione ideale a due passi dal centro

La posizione a due passi dal centro, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, veloce nel rispondere alle mie richieste. Il rapporto qualità prezzo, rapportato ad altre soluzioni simili.

Forse visto che noi eravamo in 5, le stoviglie ci sono parse poche e piuttosto datate. Il parcheggio bisogna cercarlo lungo le strade circostanti. Nulla di irrimediabile comunque, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Prima Wohnung für Städtetrip, Preis-Leistung passt.

Super Lage! Sehr zentral in charmantem Viertel. Alles da, was man braucht. Küche gut ausgestattet, falls man kochen möchte. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und Housekeeping.

Das Bad muss man über die Küche entlüften - ist aber machbar. Kleine Ameisen im Bad. Ausstattung gewinnt keinen Schönheitspreis, ist aber funktional.

Emozionante e magica Torino

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’accoglienza, ottima, Poli e Federico ci hanno dato tante valide indicazioni, per il parcheggio, per i ristoranti, i supermercati, tutto per rendere ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Buona la pulizia, l’ampiezza dell’appartamento al 4° piano, con ascensore, di un bel palazzo ubicato in posizione strategica per raggiungere le mete più importanti del centro città. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui potevamo aver bisogno (biancheria, stoviglie, microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, phon e 2 televisori)

L’unica nota negativa è la vasca da bagno, molto scomoda, alla normale altezza della vasca va aggiunta anche quella di un gradino e scavalcare diventa potenzialmente pericoloso col rischio di scivolare. Sarebbe meglio trasformare quello spazio in una più comoda doccia e magari chiudere la finestra, occultata da una tenda, che si affaccia sulla cucina, aggiungendo un estrattore.
