The location and the third bed prepared in one of the rooms.

The carpet in one if the bathroom was dirty, the place didn't smell well. We kept the widows open for a while every time we got back. There was neither coffee, nor tea unlike most of the similar places in the very city centre where I have recently been. After having retrieved the keys I got to the place, to the front door of the building and called to have the instructions about how to get to the property and got no answer (they had told me that they would send me the instructions right away when I got the keys), I didn't know which was the right floor... I remembered the pictures of the property on BOOKING and that they showed something under the roof so I went to the highest floor... I was right. The manager sent me a pdf with all the instructions 30 minutes later when I was already out again.

La casa con pochi accessori, non c era una tovaglia da tavolo, non c era uno strofinaccio x pulire il piano cucina, la TV non funzionava.

La posizione è ottima,ma la pulizia insufficiente,la TV è il forno non funzionano,mancano due tende nel soggiorno e la manutenzione di questo bellissimo appartamento è molto carente ..un vero peccato

LA POSIZIONE VERAMENTE OTTIMA

la pulizia veramente disastrosa polvere agglomerata a formare lanuggine sia a terra in angoli che sopra armadi che sotto letti ... un disastro per chi ha problemi respiratori ,docce piene di muffa e scarsa igiene, inoltre abbiamo piu volte chiesto intervento del proprietario di mettere in sicurezza la camera in cui dormivano due bambini chiudendo a chiave inferriata (di cui non ci hanno fornito le chiavi) che immetteva su un ballatoio interno scarsamente protetto da ringhiera ma anche ci hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto in realtà non e stato mai fatto

De producten die waren geleverd. 4 nachten en slechts 2 halve wc-rolletjes en 1 handdoek pp.

Ottima posizione ma portarsi i tappi per dormire

Appartamento molto spazioso e pulito, in posizione tattica per raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutti i punti di interesse di Torino. Letti molto comodi e cucina accessoriata e moderna. I proprietari rispondo dalle 9 alle 23 abbastanza velocemente.

Abbiamo chiesto il check-in un’ora prima (quindi alle 14 invece che alle 15) e ci è stato negato anche se l’appartamento era già pronto e nonostante io avessi comunicato come fascia oraria del nostro arrivo dalle 14:00 alle 15:00 già al momento del check in online. Peccato, una cortesia in più non guasta mai. Un’altra grande pecca è l’insonorizzazione delle finestre (vecchie), proprio quelle in camera da letto danno su una via di negozi e locali quindi la notte si sentono tutti gli schiamazzi. Già in salotto va molto meglio perché lì le finestre danno sull’androne interno del palazzo.

Bien malgré des ptits soucis

l'emplacement est très bien !

la galère pour accéder à l'appartement, la clé fournie pour l'accès à l'immeuble qui ne fonctionne pas, 45' pour rentrer dans la résidence... Ca refroidit l'arrivée. En dehors de ce couac et de la nécessité à mettre nos poubelles à la fin du séjour dans une des poubelles publique que l'on a cherché, c'était bien. Pour la cuisine, ce serait simple aussi de mettre à disposition un peu plus de vaisselle.

La situation idéale. La décoration du logement.

Nous avons eu des difficultés pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, et impossible d'avoir une personne pour nous accueillir ou au moins quelqu'un au téléphone, nous n'avons pu qu'échanger par message sur whatsapp, pas très agréable! Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la 2eme salle de bains, et pas de rideau aux fenêtres de la 2eme chambre pour avoir moins de lumière le matin.
