L' emplacement pas trop loin de la gare
La difficulté pour communiquer. Je souhaitais communiquer par la messagerie Booking mais la personne a refusé de donner les infos et a insisté pour passer par WhatsApp. Pas facile quand on n'y a pas accès. J'ai passé du temps pour pouvoir me connecter. Si je réserve par Booking, c'est pour profiter des services Booking !
Lits pas très confortables

molto comodo la vicinanza alle fermate della metropolitana e alla stazione di Porta Nuova
La pulizia purtroppo è molto superficiale, basta spostare un tappeto o una sedia per trovare polvere. Qua e là sul pavimento abbiamo incontrato qualche formica. Il tasto più dolente è il fatto che essendo un piano terra interno all'androne la sonorizzazione è nulla e qualunque persona entra o esce dal palazzo si sente tutto
