Easy peasy

Very easy to access the property, we found parking in front of the apartment and the owner was very responsive and made the whole stay very easy.

It's a bit far from the centre for travellers who plan on just walking but our activity we planned were close to the apartment so didn't really affect us. Lots of interesting things and transit near-by! :)

bad value.

the two bedrooms were just open lofts with no easy access to toilet. so very misleading to sell this as a two bedroom apartment. but worse was that one side of the apartment was not isolated with glass but had just a shutter. as the apartment was situated on the ground floor it sounded as if all passers by and cars were right in the room. it made it very hard to sleep.

Ne infamia ne lode.

Appartamento spazioso e ben riscaldato. Silenzioso.

Ho chiesto se ci fosse la moka , mi e' stato risposto affermativamente, peccato che vi e' un piano ad induzione e la moka essendo in alluminio non e' adatta a quel tipo di piano e quindi non funziona. Le due camere sono su dei soppalchi non facili per persone anziane e con ringhiere secondo me non adeguate , sono fissate con viti piccole e si muovono. I mobili sono rattoppati e alcuni palesemente rovinati segno di incuria da parte dei gestori. Parcheggio solo a pagamento nelle striscie Blu e siamo stati fortunati che quando siamo arrivati si e' liberato un posto proprio davanti perche' non ve ne erano li intorno di liberi,per fortuna poi non abbiamo piu' dovuto spostare la macchina.

Ideale per soggiornare praticamente in centro a Torino per una famiglia!

Luogo tranquillo, comodo al Parco del Valentino e alla fermata metro Nizza e comunque a mezz'oretta a piedi dal centro. Host disponibilissima, paziente e rapidissima nelle risposte.

Mancava qualche accessorio della cucina ma la proprietaria ha provveduto tempestivamente. Tavolo e alcune sedie non erano molto stabili, ma comunque utilizzabili senza problemi.

Abitazione poco pulita I letti matrimoniali sono soppalcati e non ci si può stare in piedi se si è alti più di 1,60 le scale piccole difficile salirle Poche vettovaglie in cucina Da sistemare molti dettagli doccia ecc Rumorosissima perché è al piano marciapiede / strada Portone molto rumoroso quando si chiude Per arrivare a piedi in centro un buon 30/40 min

La facilité pour l'arrivée et le départ en autonomie. Le quartier assez calme. Le tarif.

Vaisselle pour 4 personnes, appartement loué pour 5. Vétusté de l'ameublement, table et lit branlants entre autre. Ménage pas incroyable. Manque de puissance électrique, dysjoncte très facilement.

Trop chaud

Il fait très très chaud dans l'appartement et surtout dans les mezzanines (lit en hauteur). Il est très difficile de dormir car la température ne baisse pas même en activant les ventilateurs (pas de climatisation). Il faisait meilleur à l'extérieur de l'appartement. Les ventilateurs étaient très sales, j'ai dû les nettoyer afin de pouvoir les utiliser.

Chaleur insupportable

Appartement plutôt joli de prime abord, et assez bien situé, mais une véritable étuve. Les ventilateurs étaient largement insuffisants pour rendre la nuit supportable, nous avons passé une nuit affreuse, parents et enfants, tant il faisait chaud. Eviter absolument en saison estival en l'état s'il n'est pas mieux équipé pour lutter contre la chaleur. Par ailleurs la cuisine nous a semblé faiblement équipée : pas d'épluche légume par exemple, poubelles préparées sans sac poubelle à l'intérieur, table de cuisine au plateau non fixé. Salle de bain assez sommaire.

Sconsiglio fortemente. Appartamento tenuto malissimo e pieno di sporcizia.

Le uniche cose positiva di questo appartamento sono la gentilezza della proprietaria e la facilità del check in.

L'appartamento è a dir poco tenuto male e sporco. Lenzuola sporche, polvere ovunque, luce del soggiorno non funzionate e ventilatori quasi inesistenti. Senza contare che abbiamo trovato asciugamani non nostri nella lavatrice, un mozzicone in una camera, calzini sporchi in un altra, luce frigo non funzionante, rotoli di carta igienica già iniziati da altre persone, ecc..Ho viaggiato con un amica che è stata male (attacco d'asma) a causa della troppa polvere. Ho poco altro da aggiungere.

Близко к центру и много места

Апартаменты удобные, одна спальня над кухней, другая закрывается дверью отдельной. Наверху спальное место и под ним тоже диван раскладной. Всего в итоге 6 спальных мест, кровати широкие. Кухня в принципе всем оборудована, может, чайника только не хватает. Есть отопление, регулируется, полотенцесушитель в ванной тоже работает, есть стиральная и сушильная машина. Хороший район, рядом кафе, магазины, до метро 5 минут, до трамвая и автобуса тоже. До центра 2-3 остановки на метро. Заезд и выезд самостоятельные, очень удобно.

В сушилке и стиралке были белье и полотенца от предыдущих жильцов, мы их досушили , вытащили и сложили. Иначе белье испортится , и машинка тоже. Надо бы больше уделить внимания чистоте в ванной, пыль на полотенцесушителе. И необходимо почистить стиральную и сушильную машину, от постоянной стирки и сушки там скапливается ворс от тканей. И белье, от того, что долго лежит внутри, может иметь неприятный запах. Дверь в подъезд жутко грохает, но , похоже, это никого не беспокоит, иначе бы починили доводчик.

Dommage!!!

Bien placé .

Pas pratique pour monté dans les chambres (mezzanine) surtout personnes âgées et enfants. Impossible de dormir à partir de 7h la porte d'entrée n'arrête pas de taper. Ça mérite un très bon coup de ménage et de rafraîchissement ,(cuisine et salle de bain)surtout le lave vaisselle était plain et les machines à linge tournent encore à notre arrivées..Dommage😔

Dobra lokalizacja, korzystna cena, cicha i spokojna okolica. Mieszkanie przestronne, kuchnia wyposażona w najpotrzebniejsze naczynia.

Mieszkanie to zabudowany korytarz kamienicy, gdzie ścianą jednej sypialni jest brama wjazdowa, brak okna i zapach stęchlizny. Można by było wymienić poduszki, są przepocone i bardziej zadbać o czystość.
