Best place with a beautiful view...

1. Location: Excellent location, close to tourist attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. 2. Facilities: The apartment is fully equipped, making the stay very comfortable. 3. View: Incredible view of the surrounding Alps, adding charm to each day. 4. Customer Service: Friendly and helpful customer service, ready to provide tips and answer questions. 5. Peace and Quiet: Sense of peace and quiet despite the proximity to the city center. 6. Charming Neighborhood: Area full of charming spots and interesting attractions. 7. Proximity to Shops: Convenient proximity to shops for easy daily shopping.

1. Elevator: The elevator on the 8th floor is quite slow and cramped, which may cause some inconvenience.

Very Clean and Functional.

The appartment was very clean, and Valentina did an excellent job of communicating with us and met us at the appartment in person. We would defnately stay again if we need to be in that area.

The air conditioning was only in one room and was a little weak to permeate throughout the house. The shower was a bit small.

Great views of the city and Mountains

It’s nicely located close to shops and restaurants. Perfect for cooking with all the necessities. Beds were very comfortable too and the place was warm and cosy. The best feature by far was the view. 8 floors up! It was great to wake up in the sunshine and see the world.

Appartamento confortevole poco fuori dal centro di Torino

L’appartamento è ampio e ben fornito di tutto il necessario. I gestori si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e flessibili per la consegna delle chiavi e l’orario del check-in. Pur non essendo situato in centro, nelle vicinanze si trovano diverse fermate degli autobus, che rendono facile e comodo raggiungere il centro di Torino e il Politecnico con i mezzi pubblici.

Sarebbe carino se ci fosse un po’ più di attenzione alla pulizia di mobili, stoviglie, bicchieri e bollitore

L’appartamento avrebbe del potenziale, se saputo gestire.

L’host si è dimostrata gentile telefonicamente. L’appartamento è grande con un bel terrazzo panoramico. Self check-in semplice e veloce.

Non mi è piaciuto che dopo il check-il l’host è venuto in casa a sistemare una finestra insieme al tecnico. Sono entrati in casa con le scarpe, poco igienico, inoltre ( con tutto il rispetto ) il tecnico era sudato e ha lasciato in cucina odore di ascelle. Se in casa ci sono delle migliorie da fare le si fa quando è vuota, non quando c’è l’ospite. Una fondamentale differenza tra professionisti e improvvisati nel settore. Un condizionatore perdeva acqua e non funzionava l’altro faceva solo aria tiepida. Un caldo assurdo.
