The drains in the shower need to be cleaned out, the smell was quite bad and lingered for hours. The beds and sofa could do with an upgrade, the bedding had some stains on it which was quite unpleasant

Visit to Turino

Francesco was mostly attentive and helpful. The apartment decoration was quite pleasant.

The apartment wasn't prepared in advance for 5 people, the house wasn't clean enough and the bathrooms were not well maintained. In addition during our stay there was an odour from one of the bathrooms, probably a sewage issue - this might not be the owner's fault as we could also smell the same odour in the streets throughout the city.

Niente, sconsiglio a tutti di non soggiornare

Arrivati alle sera verso le 20 e la struttura non era pronta per un loro errore, mi hanno rifilato un altro appartamento bruttissimo e non come lo avevo richiesto: avevo prenotato app con due camere,un divano letto e due bagni ma nel secondo appartamento c’era solo una camera e un bagno..abbiamo quindi prenotato un hotel per la stessa sera nel giro di pochi minuti dopo che Il proprietario mi ha detto telefonicamente che mi avrebbe restituito METÀ’ del soggiorno! La settimana dopo invece di arrivare metà rimborso mi ha dato un rimborso inferiore a quello che mi aveva promesso! PESSIMI! Comunque appartamento non come nelle foto, non curato e sporco!

La posizione dell' alloggio, la pulizia e per noi il fatto che è al pianterreno. La zona è molto tranquilla e di notte n ci sono rumori di alcuni genere. Parcheggio non difficile da trovare in zona.

Bene ma non benissimo

La posizione è tranquilla, in una zona non troppo lontana dal centro e con la possibilità di usare tram e autobus. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente sotto casa, in strada. L'appartamento è grande, con 2 stanze e 2 bagni e una sala spaziosa. I letti sono molto confortevoli e abbiamo dormito molto bene. Wi-fi perfetto

Purtroppo i bagni sarebbero da sistemare perché c'è un cattivo odore. Oltretutto non c'era spazio per riporre l'occorrente per lavarsi, etc. Nemmeno una piccola mensola. I sanitari buoni ma la doccia è decisamente da cambiare, sporca e vecchia. In cucina si trova il giusto necessario per cucinare. Purtroppo niente stracci, canovaccio, scopa, nulla. Solo 1 rotolo di carta per la cucina. Risulta tutto un pochino scuro, per via delle tende e del fatto che l'appartamento si trova al piano terra. Andrebbero sistemati meglio anche i bidoni per la spazzatura, con l'indicazione di cosa buttare e dove.

Appartamento spazioso e comodo per 6 persone

Ottimo appartamento. Grande e spazioso per noi che abbiamo viaggiato in 6 (3 adulti e 3 bambini). Posizione davvero comoda ai mezzi pubblici, situato in zona tranquilla (nonostante sia al piano terra, la strada è davvero poco percorsa). Minimarket letteralmente davanti al portone del condominio. Unico piccolo appunto, peraltro già discusso con l'host (e immagino verrà risolto a brevissimo, vista la grande disponibilità dimostrata) è il relativo poco spazio dispensa in cucina. Ma è davvero un'inezia e sarebbe un problema solo per chi cerca il pelo nell'uovo. Ottimo soggiorno, se mi capiterà di essere nuovamente a Torino ci tornerò.

Ottima posizione, a poca distanza da tutte le maggiori attrazioni di Torino. Ben collegato com metro e tram. Appartamento molto grande e confortevole. Eravamo due coppie di amici e gli spazi erano ottimamente distribuiti. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio facilmente nei pressi dell'alloggio.
