Comfortable stay. Handy for where we needed to be.

The pool was good after a day exploring. Breakfast was fresh. Limited to cold buffet Kettle and coffee facilities available all day.

The road noise as we had a room at the front but can’t be helped. Parking on the road outside the property.

A lovely B&B

The accommodation was in a French family home. The B&B had a lovely swimming pool which I used as it was 30 degrees C when we arrived. Room was very nice with a good shower. Proprietors were very friendly and nice. Our bicycles were safely stored within their secluded garden with high wall and lockup side gate. A restaurant near by was very good where we had a lovely evening meal and cider. B&B is very close to the station (but we did not use it). Mont de Michel was about 3 miles away and you could get there along a cycle path.

Room was too hot but it was exceptionally high weather temperature.

Greedy and heartless, left us and our children out in the street and kept our money

We were denied service by the proprietor because we were a little late, she locked us out with our children and luggage and refused to give us the keys. We had to find other accommodations. I asked her politely the next day to at least refund us the cost, since she denied service, but she refused and kept our money. This woman is greedy and heartless, see the attached pictures of our exchange.

Disappointing overall, but not expensive

Breakfast was fine

I wasn't keen on the room, which had the name Nougat on the door, and was not happy with the en suite, in particular the toilet was too high off the floor and crammed up next to the basin. The folding partition wasn't nice to use either.

Sweet little B&B handy for Mont St Michel

Good comfortable bed and lots of hot water with friendly helpful host. Lots of traditional wood decor. Plentiful free parking nearby. Good choice at breakfast. The heated swimming pool is an added bonus!

Restriction on having any drink in the room is a bit tough on English people who need their early morning cuppa!

Very friendly, family owned hotel. We really liked the room, spacious and clean. Croissant, baguette, crepes and different yoghurts were also served. Even though we booked 10 minutes before arriving (literally), we were warmly received and made our stay in town a pleasure. Great location for public transport and perfect breakfast!

The bed & breakfast was very close to the train station which make it super easy to get to without a car. The public bus service to Mont St. Michel is also located at the train station so that was very convenient. The hostess was super kind and breakfast was really really good!! I specifically chose this bed & breakfast because they included breakfast and it didn't disappoint--very worth it.

I had thought there would be shampoo and conditioner in the shower (such as a small travel size one) but there was not, so make sure to bring your own!

The kitchen has not been fully adapted for comfortable use, as the floor can be cold in the winter and it can be inconvenient to drink tea from plastic cups.

We decided to stay in Pontorson for a second night but we did not stay at this hotel.

Location was good. That is all what was good about this hotel!

The room is not soundproof at all. You will hear every single move on the stairs and in neighbor rooms too. Impossible to sleep when somebody is walking downstairs or up at 5-6 o'clock in the morning!

Horrible experience, the mirror fall down while I was sleeping. The bedroom was cold and the heat was very low. The girl, Margot, had an unacceptable behavior, she was very rudth with me. I don't recomend this place.

Good location to visit Mont Saint Michel. Comfortable bed. First time in our French vacation that we were given two towels each!

Unjustified rating in our view. We booked because of the "heated swimming pool" and upon arrival we were told that it was not accessible. The room was a lot smaller than the photos would suggest. The hotel is in an old house, so thin walls and noisy floor. The breakfast was arranged on a single table for all guests, disregarding recommendations for social distancing for covid. Breakfast was okay, but all products bought at the supermarket, no fresh or homemade. No personal care items provided (shampoo, soap...) nor basic equipment for a hotel room (boiler, thè...).

Arrivé vers 17h, nous n'avons pas pu prendre de douche de la soirée (apparemment un soucis de ballon d'eau chaude), la lumière de la salle de bain clignotait en permanence impossible de la laisser allumer sans faire de crise d'épilepsie, pareil pour la lumière au dessus du lit...pas de réparation tant que nous étions là donc nous avons pu profiter des lumières stroboscopique durant tout notre séjour.

on a adoré la convivialité ! on a été très bien acceuillis et très bien conseillés :) le logement était très bien placé rien à dire! que ce soit proche de la gare mais aussi proche des bus pour aller visiter le mont saint michel et d'autre encore! pour le beau temps apparemment il y a des belles balades autour :) également proche de la rue principale

peut être l'isolation sonore mais c'est vraiment compensé par tous les points positifs
