Lovely place to stay.

We were caught short by a train cancelation due to weather. A lovely, comfortable hotel. Has a small lift. Staff lovely. Breakfast yummy. Very close to railway station. Close to ATM as you should ensure you have cash including small coins.

Nothing to dislike. 🤙. Just for info no kettle in room. Difficult to find a cafe that serves coffee and cake nearby. The hotel doesn’t open to 4pm.

A nice distance from Mont Saint Michele ( about 5 kilometers), glad we didn’t stay at MSM as the hotels were very small and people were lugging their suitcases up many steps. A marvelous Italian/Franco restaurant right next door with a great menu and excellent service. As Canadians with little French spoken both places had English speaking staff. Lots of parking around the back of the hotel, keep a sharp eye for the entrance.

Can’t say one thing that we didn’t like, perhaps some hair shampoo in the lovely bright clean bathroom. One other thing, if street traffic bothers you, ask for a garden view room.

The shower was very interesting as it didn't have a wall bracket up high enough so had to be held all the time unless you had a bath which I did as it was easier.

Nice room, nice garden, on the heart of Pontorson, very close from Mount Saint Michelle.

Very nice small hotel in one of the small villages near Mont St Michel. Beautifully renovated, easy to find, onsite parking, nice garden. And you have to try the Italian restaurant next door - amazing!

Only minus was the shower arrangement. No door or shower curtain thus making everything wet when taking shower

a wonderful hotel and a charming French town

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and made you feel comfortable. I recommend this hotel immensely. Avery charming place! They make you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is wonderful. they had crepes. orange juice, apple juice. great french cheeses, pastries, everything your heart would desire.

comfortable but access and opening hours not what one would expect from a hotel.

we stayed in a room which was recently upgraded and a bit separate from the main hotel. location of the hotel was good.

strange but no checking in early or staff there or doors open till 3pm. we arrived early and rang the number provided on the front door but no answer. no access from the font door after 9pm, guests had to walk around the block to the rear of the hotel through the back door which wasn’t ideal. not what I would have expected staying in a hotel.

There is no shower (just hand held) but mostly the problem is the toilet - it’s far too high! My feet don’t touch the floor when I sit on it, same for both rooms we’ve stayed in now 😅

Great helpful staff, location and atmosphere

Bathtub shower was modern and clean but would have been more comfortable if it was attached to the wall so I could shower standing up.

Served it’s purpose but wouldn’t recommend it

Nickeling and diming, no AC,bathroom didn’t have toiletries but when I asked they brought some 3 little bottles of shampoo, no body lotion, trash can had left overs from previous guests. It looks nice on photos. Nice garden. If you planing to visit Mont Saint Michel and have a car than definitely stay in St Malo!

The breakfast was fine, nothing special. Location was good. Room was clean.

No window in room w/no A/c. It was like sleeping in a storeroom. Photos of the hotel showed beautiful rooms. Not ours. I think we got the only room without a window. Is that even allowed? I asked for another room, but they said no. It was hot so they gave us a fan.

Courteous arrival procedure with excellent facility description. Rooms varied in style and fittings but everything was immaculate. Breakfast was outstanding with superb plain omelette offered. Heaps of everything you could want in a Continental brekky. Beautiful garden for drinks or meals..

It had been a warm day and rooms were quite warm all night ( top floor). No air con anywhere. The elevator was a one-person affair, tubular, about 50cm across. Stairs were wide but quite steep and would have presented a challenge for elderly or infirm. I doubt wheelchair accessibility.

Luxury with garden

Exceptionally comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful booking us a restaurant which was really delicious. Nothing was to much trouble. Icing on the cake a beautiful garden to sit in peaceful and private.

Exceptional

Found this accommodation near Mont St Michel. Our room was beautiful! The bedding was comfortable. The step up bathroom was lovely. The bath was in the bedroom and very large and comfortable. Also a seperate shower and toilet. Breakfast was lovely. Outside terrace was lovely even though the afternoon was very hot. Great location in Pontorson which is close to Mont St Michel. Just a little disappointed that we had to wait till 4pm to check in.
