Amazing personnel. Easy street parking. Absolutely delicious breakfast so make sure you pay for it!. Beds were comfy. Daily make up of room.
Property is extremely old. There are no showers just a tub and hand held device. Owner was kind enough to give us a handicap room so we had a shower.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the train station of Pontorson. The personnel is very friendly. The beer is excellent because it is Belgium beer :-). The parking is closed so no problem to leave things in the car. The spa (swimming pool, sauna and hammam) is very nice and is completely privatized when booked (per 1h00 slot) so it is very quiet. The breakfast is also very nice.
The rooms are a bit noisy or my neighbors were a bit noisy. I was awaken by the neighbors going to the toilet at 3am which is not ideal.

Very comfortable bed, which is important after day walking in Mon Saint Michelle.
Clean, very nice friendly staff. Location is just 2 min walk from railway station

Got upgraded bedrooms, apparently, which was nice. Central location
Bath of ridiculously small dimensions, moderately helpful chap at the check-in, breakfast room invaded by a horde of pensioners on a coach tour.
This is a touristy area and you have to expect big groups.

The food is very good. The area is very clean. The person works in dinning area is a nice person.

The position of the hotel, very close to Mont Saint Michel.
The rooms and the whole hotel have not been refreshed for a long time, but for the bathrooms (luckily). There’s an old and dusty carpet everywhere, the curtains are also old and dusty, we had an additional third bed in the room for my daughter, but the blanket was also coming out from a closet of thirty years ago, we immediately removed the cover as it was not looking too fresh.
The machine for the hot beverages for breakfast is poor. Most of the hot drinks are made with powder and cappuccino is a mix of milk, water, poor coffee and hot chocolate (??), nothing even close to a cappuccino.
The front of the hotel, prominently displayed in their photos, is beautiful with a nice garden, but the real hotel is all in the back in a building from the 70s that is not attractive at all.

I booked this room during my honey moon and honestly regret it. The hotel was inflexible and very rude when we called them to ask if we could do a later check in due to a slow service at the restaurant where we were enjoying a honey moon great diner. The manager of the hotel was so rude and angry at us over the phone that we had to leave the restaurant in the middle of our diner to go to the hotel to do a check in before the end of the required time. Once there we asked about the facilities and discovered that the super branded “spa” was in fact a small pool that we had to pay 25€ to go to.. which wasn’t communicated during the online booking.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location - such a pretty little town with a selection of very nice restaurants and bakeries. Nice clean rooms, and EXCELLENT breakfast.
Only small criticism is the showers - there’s nowhere to hook the shower head.

Perfect location for the visit of Mont-Saint-Michel. Very good breakfast with excellent pastry from local bakery, half price of breakfast fee for children.
Extra fee for using the wellness.

It was a great location
No set parking. I just had to try to find somewhere on the street to park. It was not so great when you were told that parking was on site.

The front desk guy was nice the rooms were big it was just across the street from the train station . Great restaurants, one street over.
The hallways never lit up when you were walking down pretty dark. There's no way to keep the water from splashing all over the floor in the bathroom. The shower is in the middle of the tub instead of at an end, so it made it difficult to take a shower. The twin beds were hard, and you felt like you were doing squats every time you gotta get out of bed. Don't bother with the breakfast. Well paid way too much for absolutely nothing. It was the bare minimum of breakfast for 25 euro per couple.

Good, spacey & clean room with bath.
Room cleaning service was excellent.
No mini-bar nor refrigerator in the room.
Water boiler was not available nether,
but there is a shared microwave on the first floor.
These made a stay with a baby a little more difficult.
Besides, a lady didn’t want to give us some ice,
but we still got it from the guy at reception.
They were not happy that we got our
own Prosecco & didn’t bought it at the hotel restaurant.

Conveniently located hotel. Close to the city center and a short drive to Month Saint-Michel. Enough parking space available at the train station located next to the hotel. Very friendly staff, seemed to be a family run business. Breakfast was good, enough to chose from.
Temperatures were quite hot and rooms had no AC. The bath in the bathroom was small and did not give the possibility to use it as a shower, so it was a bit of a struggle for tall people (but we managed)

Garden, breakfast and well appointed restaurant only available for breakfast but no evening meals. The hotel has potential but visit ruined by staff attitude and mis-leading web-site.
Attitude of the staff, totally misleading web-site. Evening meal not available except to a group of 40 Dutch, we had to walk 1/4 mile to find a restaurant. Pool did not exist, spa at E25 per person per hour, dangerous shower in bath no curtain or grab-rail. Refusal to serve drinks on Monday evening even though one of the staff was in the Bar watching television, told to go back to the main town to find a bar, then locking use out in the garden. Charge for non secure car park E6 per night but stated as free on web-site and not stated on arrival.. No tea/coffee facility in rooms although on web-site. Bottled water in room not replaced. Difficulty in unlocking room doors. Not what we booked for!

Great service and location a few minutes away from Pontorson station. Nice and quiet hotel which was really worth the money.

Cleanliness, breakfast in the morning is the best in France (mind you, it's way below German style, but is good).
The staff is very polite and very helpful, eager to make your stay pleasant.
Public parking at 25-30 meters, not too crowded and has a charging point.
The SPA is there but did not visit.
This is not related to the property in any way!
The restaurants in this area are full of very rude waiters and are also unclean.
But the McDo is reachable by car.
