(Almost) everything was superb
No cooling during summertime was not very pleasant, could've had a sort of cooling system (portable AC, or anything really).

Great location in the town of Pontorson, had everything we needed for the one night stay close to Mont Saint Michel. Nice bathroom and we also appreciated the fan in the room because of the hot summer night. Street parking was easy to find.
The kitchen is very tiny, but mostly well equipped (we didn’t find a cutting board but other than that fine).
