Nice stay, good price performance
The location is good to access mont saint michel even without a car. there are shuttles from pontorson to mont saint michel at certain hours of the day, and this hotel is walking distance (13 mins) to the train gare (where also shuttle to mont saint michel departs.) The personel is very helpful, and friendly.
Rooms are not rennovated, so nothing fancy. But okay for the price.

The location is very good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant may be a good choice when talking quality/price.
No airco in room. Smells as its restaurant is right at downstairs. No private parking though there are public parking places nearby. A bit expensive at such conditions without breakfast.

It said check in between 12 pm and 6pm. We arrived at 4pm and had to wait for the reception to reopen at 4:30.

Je n'ai absolument rien aimé. J'ai recu un texto me précisant qu'il n'y aurait personne à mon arrivée, avec le code la porte d'entrée et prendre la clé N°11 au tableau. La chambre etait très petite avec le lit en travers pour rentrer dans la chambre qui est dans un état lamentable et une très mauvaise odeur. Les murs et le plafond dans un état déplorable, la télé ne fonctionne pas, avec un fil branché sur une simple rallonge qui pend. J'appelle le numéro de l'hôtel pour demander quand il y aurait quelqu'un a la réception pour demander une autre chambre et on me répond qu'il n' y aurait personne avant le lendemain matin en précisant qu'il avait droit à sa vie privée. Il me dit de prendre la 10 au tableau, toujours au 2eme étage. Je précise que je suis handicapée et que j'ai du mal à monter les marches très raides encore moins avec ma valise, il me répond qu il n'y a pas d'autres chambres de libre. Je monte comme je peux et tombe dans l'escalier parce que la lumière s'est éteinte et que j'étais au milieu de l'escalier sans bouton pour rallumer. J'ai eu beau appeler, personne pour venir a mon aide. J'arrive dans la chambre, plus grande, mais exactement dans le même état que l'autre. J'avoue que la peur m'a pris et que j'ai pris mes jambes à mon cou et suis partie. Avant j'ai fait des photos (qui malheureusement dans mon etat de stress sont en, partie floues) des chambres, de la réception vide ainsi que de l'extérieur de l'hôtel où on voit bien qu'il n'y a aucune lumière. Je précise que j'avais pris cet hôtel parce qu'il faisait restaurant et le restaurant etait aussi fermé avec un écriteau "en congé du 3 au 11 octobre". Je pense donc que les patrons étaient partis en vacances et faisaient les démarches de leur lieu de vacances, que les chambres déjà louées n'étaient pas relouées puisque non faites.

Non è un hotel. È una squallida pensioncina.
La camera è vetusta, con arredi mezzi rotti, senza tenda alla finestra ( al mattino entra la luce).
Il BAGNO È ORRIBILE . La doccia in plastica sembra quelle dei camper, la porta non si chiude e hanno messo dello scotch che non serve a nulla per cui si allaga il bagno .
Non c'è ascensore e le scale sono ripidissime.
Personale scortese, quando ho chiesto se potevo cenare nel loro ristorante hanno risposto che ci sono molti altri ristoranti nella via.

Hotel fatiscente, con tappezzeria scollata nei corridoi. La stanza piccola, ma davvero opprimente nei colori, mobilio vecchio. Bagno pulito ma vecchio anch'esso. La porta della stanza cigolante. Ogni volta che qualcuno passava nel corridoio il pavimento scricchiolava. Nessuna insonorizzazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente non congruo

La camera matrimoniale era microscopica, la tripla ok, tutto molto vecchio. Abbiamo chiesto se ci poteva essere data una doppia migliore ( ce ne era una pronta e aperta vicino alla tripla) ma non ce l’hanno cambiata. Colazione (pagata extra) senza scelta

L'hotel è situato in ottima posizione per visitare Le Mont Saint Michel ( 10 min in auto) e in centro al paese di Pontorson.
L albergo è abbastanza vecchio e sprovvisto di ascensore, le scale sono strette e storte quindi ok per zaini ma difficoltoso salire con valige.
La stanza (doppia) è piccola e basica. Purtroppo però il pavimento non è in bolla e crea sensazione di mal di mare (abbiamo dovuto girare il letto per non dormire a testa in giu). Pulizia abbastanza relativa.
Per una notte comunque va anche bene come base di appoggio.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile!
Prezzo un pochino alto per quanto offerto ma purtroppo essendo in alta stagione (settimana di Ferragosto) credo sia giustificato.
