Exceptional stay near Le Mont Saint Michel

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The location in the French countryside is a dream. It’s a few minutes by car from Le Mont Saint Michel. The hosts Sebastien and Sonia are wonderful people. They prepare a breakfast fit for a king. Sonia’s pear tart is to die for, and she gave me the recipe! The room is enormous, beautifully decorated, super comfortable. Large, modern bathroom was very convenient. Comfy bed with great quality linens (and towels). Cloth napkins at breakfast if you’ll believe it! Ample parking and there you have it! A 5-star stay at 3-star rate.

Comfortable but expensive for what it was

Sebastian and Sonia were charming hosts and provided very helpful information about visiting Mont St Michel. It was quiet. comfortable, and clean with plenty of on-site parking.

The bathroom was a bit basic, and I felt it was expensive for what it was, but I guess they could charge what they wanted given the closeness and convenience for Mont St Michel.

Beautiful setting close to Mont Saint Michel. The owners were very accommodating , friendly and polite. Beer, wine and other refreshments were available for purchase on site. Coffee and breakfast as well. Bed was comfortable.

Extra special B&B near Mont Saint-Michel

The thoughtfulness of the hosts Sonia and Sebastian made our stay here extra special! There was high quality comfortable patio furniture to relax in after busy days bicycling and visiting Mont Saint-Michel. There was also a high quality room fan to increase comfort during the warm afternoon hours. With the maps Sonia provided for the excellent nearby bike trails, we enjoyed three days bicycling along the coast. Plus, Sebastian made sure we knew where the bike parking spaces at Mont Saint-Míchel were, it was so convenient! Sebastian also recommended and made reservations at a wonderful restaurant for dinner on our last night. It was a memorable four night stay! Finally, starting our day with Sonia and Sebastian’s delicious breakfast made the days even better!

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great location to visit Mont Saint-Michel. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice.

The only problem we had was the tap in the shower, which came out so far that we kept knocking it while showering, either turning the water off or changing the temperature.

Excellent location and service - very comfortable rooms!

The hosts were extremely good to us, offering us a lift to and from Pontorson Station. They were able to recommend local bike hire to help us reach Mont St Michel in the easiest way possible. They also stored our luggage during our visit there. They were so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are lovely, and Mont St Michel is walkable from the guest house, as are local restaurants.

Fabulous treat after 6 days of cycling to the Mont Saint Michel from Paris

Very friendly and welcoming hostesses who kindly looked after our bike panniers while we explored Mont Saint Michel. B&B is in a great location; only a short bike ride to the Mont Saint Michel. All the reviews were right, there's an amazing breakfast!! Rooms are very quiet despite the property being on a main road. (The road is very quiet at night.) The Mont Saint Michel is crazy Disney crowded during the day so if you can go to the sound and light nocturne in the Monastery, DO IT! It's absolutely magical and walking through the empty streets at midnight was wonderful. Would also recommend the crêperie called La Gourmandise which is only a short walk/bike down the road.

Great location. The area was extremely beautiful and close to le mont saint Michel. The shuttle bus stop was close to the property making it easily accessible. Breakfast was simple but lovely. The walk from the property to the mont was picturesque.
