An enjoyable stay

Very well equipped and clean

Heating went off 9am - 4pm each day even though it was snowing. Could not get online very confusing password which were lower or upper case letters!?

Delightful cosy cottage conveniently situated.

The property hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The cottage was comfortable and perfectly situated for visiting family in Holt. Would use again.

This cosy little cottage doesn't really have any major negatives. Access was off the main road through Holt which could possibly get very busy in high season but there was off road parking with space to turn around so we could always drive out forwards.

Loved the cottage and hope to stay again.

Comfortable cosy cottage. Well equipped. Perfect location for us to visit our family locally. Garden would be great in summer months. Plenty to do and see in the area.

Sadly the owners were unavailable to meet during our stay, although a voicemail had been received prior to arrival.

We enjoyed our visit to the area. Our hosts were delightful.

Overland Cottage was very well appointed and beautifully clean. Our hosts were very welcoming.

Sadly the house was only heated for short periods each day. Due to the time of year this did not make it very comfortable. It is likely fine during warmer weather. In addition the shower facilities were problematic. There was no pressure and it was quite difficult to have a good shower although the water was hot.

Brilliant holiday

The cottage had everything you wanted. It was clean and warm. The beds were really comfortable and the supply of towels was brilliant. The garden was great.

Only one small thing and that was the lack of light at the dinning end.

The Best

The property was very clean ,well equipped ,warm, comfortable and in an ideal location for walking to the centre of Holt.Having a parking space was a bonus as well as a small private garden to the rear .The owners were very helpful and friendly making it a real home from home. Thank you.
