Enjoyed a nice half term break at Little Barn, Holt. Nicely located a short walk to the town centre, cosy little cottage, comfortable room (we used the second bedroom with bunk beds for storage/getting ready). Clean and tidy, nicely decorated throughout. We signed into Netflix via TV (no DVD player).
Quick drive to Cley for the sea, we used it as a base to explore Holt and the surrounding towns and beaches. Safe parking.
Sam was an attentive host, checking in on our arrival to make sure we were set. We did have an issue with the toilet but Sam was easy to contact and came out to sort the matter swiftly.
There were a lack of oven trays and knives for preparing food but all other utensils we needed to get by were there. We booked through Expedia but they didn’t take payment at the time of booking so we were required to pay Sam direct but that was easy to sort and no pressure from Sam.
Had a great time. Would book again.
