Property seemed brand new in a lovely bespoke development right in the middle of lovely town of Holt.
Everything inside modern and spotless, short walking distances to all areas of the town.
However the property is located in a side street that is relatively quiet and peaceful.
Parking is possible for a short while outside, then remote parking is available (free) two minutes walk away.
Cannot recommend this property enough.
The owner was very helpful with any questions, however everything was very straightforward to gain access and park etc.

Great location. Holt is a lovely village. Coffee shops and independent shops. Nice to walk around. Good amenities.
It could have had more 'attention to detail' in certain areas. The outside furniture needs replacing. Maybe new carpets.
Surprised no shower gel or shampoo - just cheap hand wash. And out of date biscuits - by 4 years!
