One of the bedroom windows didn’t lock properly and so caused a draft. The bathroom was small… so you needed to make sure a towel was on the radiator so that you didn’t burn your arm when cleaning your teeth.

Cosy, handy for amenities & the coast & very good value

Proximity to the High Street , the flat was very toasty warm & cosy , great shower and spacious living & sleeping areas for a one bedroom flat. The parking bay was a little walk away but the one hour parking bay outside was useful 👌

Some more storage in the Bathroom, but I'm just being picky . It was a home from home

An extremely comfortable apartment in which to relax.

The apartment is just off the main street and far above average in comfort. The apartment was beautiful warm on arrival and a homely environment has been created thanks to comfortable settees and excellent lighting. The space has been thoughtfully arranged to accommodate suitcases and clothes. The bed is large and comfortable, the tv was easy to operate and instructions booklets were available for all the equipment. Communication with Trevor was excellent. He responded immediately when the lock on the kitchen door wouldn't work and arranged for someone to come round within a couple of hours to fix it.

The access and departure times [4.00 and 10.00] are tighter than usual and the apartment is not easy to locate, made more difficult for us because we arrived late in the afternoon on a grey day with heavy rain. The number plate is black, so not immediately visible. More precise instructions would be helpful, e.g. Lees Terrace is 50 yards on the left when approaching from the main street, and is next door to Doodle Pet shop. Trevor provided clear instructions about parking, but the dedicated slot is quite a distance; we found it closer to park on a nearby side road. Minimal extras have been provided in the kitchen and bathroom, which felt a little ungenerous given the price of the accommodation. The salt & pepper mills were empty, no shampoo/body wash was left and chocolate rather than coffee capsules were provided for the coffee machine. There were no liners in the bathroom or recycling bin, despite being requested to empty the bins when leaving.

Main attraction central location and stylish design

Clean, contemporary and stylish, large main room, free WiFi, decent bed. Excellent location only 2 mins to Main Street and town centre, with safe free parking a few minutes walk away. Owner was really helpful on phone with a couple of queries, which were actually on the info sheet, even though he was on holiday.

I found the sofas incredibly uncomfortable. Kitchen appliances were all fine but shortage of pots and pans - seemed to be just enough for 4 people. Bedroom was compact, with two small drawers in a vanity unit, but plenty of open- rail hanging space. Bathroom also compact but well equipped : worth knowing to bring a spare toilet roll. Couldn’t find a power point in bedroom.

parking outside the property is restricted to one hour during the daytime. Carparking close by is quite expensive. it is possible to park free but this is 10 minutes brisk walk away

Excellent accommodation to stay in Holt and very close to most of the main attraction in the area.

Really like our stay in Holt in this property very convenient with lots of restaurants around and coffee places to have superb breakfast. The property is equipped with everything you might need. The owner was helping us with all questions and requests during our trip. He is a great host which makes this property even better. Highly recommended families with small children or couples.

Lovely appartment

Tastefully decorated, very clean, had everything necessary, comfortable, great location, can not fault it. Bed was comfortable (I don't very often find this) and there is also a sofa bed in lounge. There is 1 working fan which was very welcome as temperatures soared & bedroom is on ground floor on street.

Stayed in Holt for a wedding at Voewood 5 minutes drive down the road and couldn’t be happier with the facilities and property in general. Bed was comfy and a lovely lounge area to relax. Kitchen and bathroom were also fantastic and the property couldn’t have been cleaner. A welcome pack was available to us with information on what to do in Norfolk and the local take away menus. Property was in a great location too.

There was nothing in my opinion that could have made the property any better for what we needed it for.

Perfect accommodation in a perfect spot.

Fantastic Stay. We booked the retreat but ended up staying in the penthouse “view” instead due to what we assume was a double booking. The host, Trevor, arranged this for us and his communication was excellent. The accommodation was perfect. Beautiful decor, really comfy bed and the view did not disappoint. Location great as just a 50 yards from the high street in Holt. On street parking for one hour drop off and packing your luggage. Restrictions only in place 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday. If you need to park in those times for more than an hour, dedicated parking space for the accommodation was just a short 4 minute walk. Great accommodation in a great town we are pleased to have discovered.

Some salt s as bad pepper in flat would have been nice. We were only staying briefly and had only brought tea and coffee. We brought fish snd chips to flat for a meal but no condiments. I know not necessary, but would have been a nice touch.

The property is quite luxurious in its feel, the warmth of the place and comfort was excellent. It is spotlessly clean and tidy and very well maintained. It’s really is a home from home in a central location with parking moments away. The local amenities provide a choice for in cooking house ingredients or plenty of choices of pubs and restaurants. We loved the choice of Satellite TV channels to watch sport or your favourite Netflix should the evening be spent indoors.

We booked one night only, chosen for it's location and amply fulfilled its purpose

Furniture and fittings chosen with some thought. Very comfortable and stylish. Dedicated space for luggage. TV in lounge AND bedroom Accommodation was ready to use on arrival (heating on, fridge cool) Holt is a very pleasant town. Plenty of local shops and facilities and our accommodation was only a short walk away.

Just little things, from a personal standpoint. Free parking some distance from the property. But several 1hr street parking slots for unloading and loading the car, in the vicinity, one of which usually became vacant. A 3 minute walk to affordable overnight parking. WC and shower room a bit tight for the larger person. Neither would put us off staying again
