Very comfortable stay.

Perfect modern, clean and well appointed apartment for a stay in historic Holt.

Property was well located, clean, tidy and immaculate throughout - it also smelled amazing! Good facilities and thoughtful touches like milk sachets, tea and coffee (especially as we were only staying for a night). Thoughtful and helpful photos and information to help us find the flat and the parking spot.

The parking is a few minutes walk away, but there is an allocated space and it really isn’t far.

Just do it!

The apartment is as described in the pictures. A home from home kind of place. Very clean, modern had all amenities required. Parking is a short walk away from the property then literally around the corner and you’re in the midst of the town. Highly recommend a stay here. Oh and great communication with our host. Thanks Leon 😊

Exactly what we needed in a great location for a very reasonable price.

Very clean. Beds were comfy but a little small - only what we are used to. Even though in the centre of Holt it was very quiet. Shower was lovely. Kitchen fairly well equipped for what we needed.

Outside steps up to the property were quite slippy but well signed with warnings. Can't think of anything else we didn't like.

Fantastic location. Beautiful accommodation, comfy bed, quiet and we did get to see a wonderful sunset.

Proximity to town. Modern and very comfortable. Communication with Leon great. Holt is a lovely town with fantastic shops and quaint pubs.

A lovely flat in a great location. Had everything we needed. A designated parking space was really useful in a small town like Holt.

The bed was comfortable but they had used a 15 tog duvet in early/mid September which was way too hot.

A perfect night away, in a picturesque location, will be sure to come back when we revisit Norfolk.

What a stunning property, amazing asthetics, and a beautiful finish on all work completed. Even down to the kitchen door handles being made from semi-precious stones, each one unique and with its own standalone shape. Located in the center of Holt, a pub less than a stones throw away, a truly beautiful holiday home! All the facilities you could need, same price as a regular Travelodge and yet more charm and character than you would ever expect. Child felt safe and slept through the night, while me and the partner also didn’t stir once.

My only downside, the shower decided to let the water run out of the door, this was down to the drainage being clogged with long hair, such a small criticism but it is genuinely the only downside to the entire place.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Holt - well equipped and comfortable for a family of 4. Everything was clean and there was a helpful box of tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc in the kitchen. We visit the area fairly often and would definitely rebook.

Not a problem for us but access is round the back of the building and up some stairs and although you can park outside to unload, parking is a couple of minutes away.

The property was clean and modern with everything we needed for our stay. Everything you could want or need to do in Holt is a short walking distance from the accommodation.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The only thing I would add is a curtain for the front door, the bathroom and bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the curtain would have made me feel a bit better.

The “with parking” was not on-site (5 mins away) would have preferred king-size bed , rather than double, and larger bath towels(bath sheets) or towelling bathrobes? Heating kept reverting to 16/17 deg C
