simple key box, easy to open and get the keys. Very central location, as my wife is disabled there was excellent on street parking for us for the whole stay. There was two large carparks withing easy reach as well, when we couldnt park outside.

Location of property was within the centre of Holt which was excellent.
You have to access the property via the back, this is in an alley where there are bins which isn't great as they smelt. Also the steps inside the property were extremely steep (think of a ladder) - this property is not suitable for the elderly or anyone that has young children as they would struggle on the stairs. Also all the mattresses need replacing as they are of poor quality - the sofa bed mattress is not fit for purpose!
