Lovely sweet cottage incredibly clean and tidy with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Even in the heat the cottage was cool and comfortable.
Nothing the cottage was perfect we couldnt fault anything - it was lovely and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Central location and info prior to the visit
There was an occasional bad drain smell which we highlighted to the owner.

Location of property was within the centre of Holt which was excellent.
You have to access the property via the back, this is in an alley where there are bins which isn't great as they smelt. Also the steps inside the property were extremely steep (think of a ladder) - this property is not suitable for the elderly or anyone that has young children as they would struggle on the stairs.
Also all the mattresses need replacing as they are of poor quality - the sofa bed mattress is not fit for purpose!
