Cleanliness On arrival Front door had not been locked (anyone could have entered) Very, very dusty. Hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly for some time Thick layer of dust in the bath, dressing table and behind tv Toilet in bathroom needs a thorough clean under the rim, and the shower trap is very dirty Otherwise, a very pleasant stay

Central Location in Holt and the cottage felt spacious.
There were a lot of flies in kitchen. Had to go and buy fly spray. Not sure of source.

The location is excellent and it’s really quiet
Nothing we didn’t like at all about the property, done things just a little dated,
