Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Small enclosed courtyard with patio, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub (private). Parking for 1 car, 80 yards away.. A delightful rural cottage that comfortably sleeps couples, families and groups up to six people. This stylish, brick and flint, period, terraced holiday cottage provides a lovely bolt hole for couples seeking a romantic retreat looking for somewhere special to relax and unwind. Boasting a private hot tub and duck feather bedding and set in a private lane, positioned on the edge of the Georgian market town of Holt, it is literally footsteps to this much sought-after town centre which has lots of artisan cafés, restaurants, shops and inns. It is also a short drive leads to the stunning North Norfolk coastline with sandy beaches and a wealth of RSPB nature and bird reserves. Enjoy cycling along quiet lanes, trails and walking at Holt Lowes, Gas Hill and Spout Hill, tennis within 1 mile, horse riding and golf within 5 miles. Picturesque villages of Blakeney and Cley are both 5 miles away. Beauty therapy treatments available by arrangement. Shops, pubs and restaurants 200 yards.

Lovely cottage, great hot tub, great location but definitely need to look at the shower. It is a nightmare to turn on and at times has absolutely scolding water coming out of it. Second bedroom door, could only half open as room is small and bed in the way. It did freak my daughter out a bit. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had such a lovely time at the Sweet pea cottage. Very comfortable stay for 4 nights, appreciated the allocated parking and loved being able to explore Holt from the doorstep. We had no issues with the shower working however if updated would have improved our experience. Overall such a lovely holiday home, would highly recommend. So clean. Very well equipped. Brilliant location for Holt, local sights and great dog walks. Hot tub fabulous. Double bed a bit too soft for our liking but a good size. Would definitely return. As only booked from Friday afternoon to Monday morning.Main bedroom mattress was too soft and lumpy ? very dog friendly town, nice pubs and cafes, all dog friendly ?crossing main road from nominated parking space was hard with dog, but had a beautiful place to walk dogs behind.All in all Holt is a lovely location and many attractions nearby to enjoy ?

Myself, my partner, our 18month old & our furbaby Sandy loved our weekend mini break at Sweet Pea Cottage! The location is excellent for exploring North Norfolk. The hot tub was our best bit by far! We loved relaxing in it after our days out. Met the cottage owner Craig who was a lovely man & very friendly! We would love to visit again. Thankyou! P.S Thankyou for the chocolates, my fave! :)

Brilliant location with a very dog friendly area. Close to beaches, countryside walks and places of interest. Cottage was lovely and clean. Very steep steps but mentioned in information for cottage. Owners very friendly and quick to respond to fixing the hot tub. Parking across the road was a nice bonus. The bed was too soft for our liking and little details let it down as in oven gloves required for cooking, the gate could be as high as the fencing for privacy for the hot tub, somewhere to hang coats and a rack or somewhere to dry towels, clothes and new pegs required for washing line. The chocolates were a lovely touch.

Would have loved to have given higher scores , however the cottage is spoilt by ‘little things ‘ ... on reading the comments book we find that the things that bothered us had been the same for a long time , ignored and not acted on . Example ... within first 24 hours we told the owner about a broken sink in bathroom ( had to use a knife to get plug out of sink in bathroom ... mechanism broken ) ... this was still as it was when we left ... not mended as promised . Loo brush could be useful as flush for toilet very weak. Kitchen ... not a full set of plates and utensils poor. Cooker ( grill ... couldn’t get to work) inside microwave ... top surface dirty ... lots old food splashes. Not as clean as you’d expect in places Would be useful to have a mop to clean flooring ... especially if dogs trail in mud or to clean wet splashes up from after going back in after hot tub. Hot tub saved the day ... wonderful hot tub and the cottage situated in the most gorgeous area ... close to beautiful countryside for dog walks etc. Within easy reach of the best beaches . Situated in a village second to none . Owners very friendly ( made it difficult to complain about these issues that we’ve mentioned because they are so nice and even tho TLC is well overdue ... we would return as the cottage still had quaint appeal and we must say we had the best two weeks and can see ourselves returning for definite.

Nice cottage.well equipped. Stairs are a bit precarious but was pre warned on website before we went. Gate to patio/ hotub area could do with being same hight as fence for a bit more privacy.but overall nice place for a break.

Lovely cottage in a great location. It was great for the two and we loved the hot tub. It was good to have parking which was ideally located just over the road. The cottage was clean and inviting although did smell a little ‘doggy’ not being pet owners perhaps we were more sensitive to this? We also found a few dog biscuits/treats dotted about. Great to have a decent sized fridge feeezer and the use of a dishwasher. Just a minor point we would have like to have seen a dustpan and brush or broom (for small droppages) and a better frying pan. On the whole a lovely place to stay, just as described and a perfect place for a relaxing break.

Absolutely adored our stay at sweet pea cottage. Beautifully decorated, lovely location, perfect hot tub and very comfortable bed!!! Couldn’t have asked for anything better for our stay for my husbands birthday.
