A very comfortable 3 night stay

The proximity to the town. Very clean and inviting property

Bed a little uncomfortable. Larger bath towels would be good and maybe information book on how everything works, cooker, oven etc

Excellent , the only downfall was the driveway being a little tight and driving back out a little bit dangerous.

it was well situated from our point of view , as well as very clean and just as we had hoped

Great value luxury accommodation

This is a beautiful property, identical to the photos online. It was warm and comfortable and contains everything you could need for a short stay. There is even parking which is a bonus in Holt.

The location was excellent for the centre of Holt. To include parking was such a bonus. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Self catering so no breakfast, but there was plenty of tea and coffee and some Border biscuits 😋.

Beautiful house in a gorgeous town.

This is a fabulous house in a very central location to the beautiful town of Holt. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for the night we were there. Parking was a bonus as being an old town parking was limited.

Not a dislike but we couldn’t work the hot tap in the kitchen, messaged the host who advised the cold tap does the hot and cold water. This would be handy information to have in the property.

The property was in the main town but on a quiet street. It had a private parking space. The house had Plenty of of space ,well equipped kitchen, outdoor seating area. A nice lounge with tv and WiFi. Good size bedroom with lots of storage.

Parking is a little tight if you have a particularly large vehicle, but fine for all others. If not there are plenty of on-street and paid parking options very close by.

Quick overnight stay. The

We spent very little time in the house due to not arriving till 17th August at 3pm then leaving for a concert straight away in Sandringham. Arrived back about 11. 30 to sleep, used no facilities in the house except the shower before we left on the 18th August at 9.40am. Parking for one vehicle but very tight, so decided to park on the roadside within parking hours, then paid to park in local car park. We saw no one at the house. No one approached the house.

There is nothing to dislike, used only to sleep and shower. Although we were going to have a coffee, unfortunately, no coffee, only tea available in a container on the worktop.

Quality...

What did we like? Everything! The whole place can be summed up with one word: quality. It was all immaculate and equipped to a very high standard. Clearly plenty of money and thought had gone into the refurbishment of the property. The beds were very comfortabke; the shower was powerful and easy to use and the kitchen was very well equipped. A private parking place (behind the property) is a real bonus in Holt and despite its location only a stone's throw from the town centre, it is quiet both night and day In addition to this, comms with the owner was friendly and helpful, making for an easy check-in and -out experience. Sadly we were there only one night. We'd have been happy to stay there for weeks! Highly recommended.👍🏻

Brilliant centre of town location. Off street parking. Attractive entrance and garden area. Lovely property which has been very well done up. Quality fixtures. Bright and cheerful furnishings. Comfortable seating areas. Plenty of space. Lots of hot water for showers. Nice bed linen and extra blankets if chilly. Leon was very chatty and helpful. We only stayed 1 night but we would have loved to stay longer. Definitely recommend
