Fab house

Beautiful house. Loved the quality of the finish. Very comfortable. We had only one night, but it would be a great house to be in for longer. The garden with table and chairs looked inviting, given the right weather. The kitchen was well equipped with lovely china. It seems like someone cares about this house and looks after it well.

Great property with minor faults.

The property was very clean and overall well set out.

The floorboards upstairs were very creaky.When walking over them it was quite noisy. The boiler was very noisy and contributed to being woken up in the morning.

Amazing place to stay

Everything we could possibly need was there. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Really comfortable beds. Great location. Holt town centre is lovely. This is the best house/appartment on booking.com that I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Was a Perfect night stay over for the Thursford show

Host first class what a lovely man. The Croft was spotless and beautifully decorated, we had everything we needed. Towels smelt divine. Location superb. Would highly recommend this lovely home. We love holt too Coffee tea sugar and biscuits and milk sachets a lovely touch. Can’t fault at at all x

This house is in a great location. It is very spacious and immaculate throughout. Good sized bedrooms, one with entrance suite. Very comfortable beds. Ideal for a family of 6. Very close to town centre. 3 good fish and chip shops and bus routes Parking for 2 cars

A perfect location spoilt by a chemical overload in the property.

The location of the property is excellent for Holt. The free parking is also ideal. The house was very clean.

As soon as we opened the front door, we were hit by a strong artificial chemical smell. It was particularly overpowering upstairs, where we realised it was coming from the bedding and towels. The laundry detergent used on them was so intense that it caused irritation to both my eyes and nose, and tingling on my skin, as did my husband’s. Trying to sleep in the bed was impossible, since it felt like we were inhaling a chemical cocktail with every breath

Excellent town house in Holt.

The house was in an excellent location, within a 5 minute walk to town. Allocated parking was such a bonus. The house was so modern and bright, well kept and clean. We loved the eclectic, tasteful decorating. Although we didn't use the garden it was beautifully paved and neat and tidy with a big patio table and chairs set.(seating 8 people) Leon (the owner) was a delight. Very friendly and helpful, both in texting and in person. We would certainly book again.

Thoroughly enjoyed to stay at the property and was everything we expected and more

The property was of a good size with three decent bedrooms, two with doubles and one with single beds. The property was very clean and offered all facilities including flatscreen television and Internet connection. It was located close to the town centre which meant that we could walk into Thetford easily for an evening meal.

When I have stayed in property’s such as this previously there was the basics on offer which include milk for coffee/tea in this case this didn’t happen although only a small point, when you have been travelling for a considerable distance, it would be nice to have that provided. It was also difficult to balance the family shower in the bathroom, but the water was piping hot for everyone.

A very nice place to stay which could be excellent with a little more attention to detail.

The beds were very comfotable. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped.

The property felt cold when we entered. Our contact sorted this out as soon as we contacted him. We gave up on a cooked breakfast as the frying pan was left dirty.

Location was excellent, just off main road, but in very quiet area. Three to five minutes easy stroll to the high st, plenty of cafes restaurants, shops etc. Very modern and well appointed 3 bedroom home.

Lovely house, great base for exploring North Norfolk.

Lovely house, nicely decorated and well situated for walking into Holt and driving further afield. The house is comfortable and well equipped for self catering. Garden is great for relaxing dining out of an evening. Great communication with the owner Leon who responded immediately when there was a minor problem and was very helpful. Thanks for providing a perfect base for our family for a memorable 70th birthday weekend!

Lovely home in the perfect location. A great escape for a couple days

One negative was the size of the fridge/freezer. With a family of 4 adults and 2 young children it was near impossible to fit in the food delivery that we received. I bigger fridge/freezer would be a lot better for this size property.

Location good for exploring Holt and nearby coastal towns. House was generally clean and well presented. Contact with the owner was via booking.com and worked well.

Sofa was a bit soft, extractor fan in ensuite didn't work, and coffee machine probably has an airlock or needs descaling so didn't work properly.

Brilliant house

Brilliant location, Holt is a beautiful little place. House was easy to find and walking distance for shops and restaurants. Well equipped with lots of nice little touches. Heating was on when we arrived in the evening, which was great as it was cold. Comfortable beds and as described in the photos. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The bunk beds are definitely only suitable for children. An outside light would be helpful as it's really dark in an evening, but otherwise, everything was brilliant.
