Wonderful modern but classic home
Beautiful modern property with period features right in the heart of Holt. Everything is a high standard. Great for a short break for our family. There are a number steps throughout the ground floor of the property as it is a renovated Georgian house. Clean and well maintained. Happily stay here again.

Lovely hidden gem.
The house was lovely with plenty of space. It was a real gem. Loved the powerful showers and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be returning soon.
That we only had one night. Also, some of the steps on the ground floor can be easy to miss. Maybe just something to make them stand out slightly.

It was a beautiful property. It’s been impressively renovated and it is such a lovely space to be in. Everything was just fabulous and Leena was incredibly helpful. We would love to come back!

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped house, very new conversion of historic buildings. Good value.
Instructions for heating and appliances would be useful. A few tablets for dish washer would be handy.
