Stunning! Beautiful contemporary property in Holt, Norfolk

the house is on a quiet dvelopment - very safe for children and dogs. The garden is a good size

a couple of observations _ the right hand french door in the lounge does not engage properly when locked so the key cannot be fully turned. Having a corner shelf in the showeres for toiletries would be welcome. Our garndson really enjoyed the playground - however the soft chippings (smells like recycled rubber) cause very bad staining and he scratched himself when he slipped over. perhaps whoever maintains the playground could be advised?

The house was lovely: spotlessly clean and fresh, with nice furnishings and decor. All necessary facilities were provided as well as a nice welcome pack of milk, wine and biscuits. There was ample space for a family of 8, and the children made great use of the garden and little playground and the grass area in tbe complex of houses. Communication with the hosts was excellent too. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property.

Tbe rattan rug in the lounge doesn’t lie flat and was a bit of a trip hazard for the small children.

Lovely, spacious property in a peaceful setting The house is nice and spacious, set on a quiet estate just outside of Holt — perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Nice welcome left - would be even better with a laminated card for everyone!

Mixed experience – a few improvements could make a big difference Unfortunately, we were unable to access the property until 4pm, and the owner did not respond to my message asking if we could arrive an hour earlier. Access is via a kitchen door rather than the front door, which wasn’t made clear in advance and led to some initial confusion. On arrival, we found that the coffee machine had no pods, and the WiFi password provided was incorrect — we eventually found the right one scribbled on a post-it note. A simple laminated welcome card with clear instructions would really help avoid this kind of faff. The accommodation itself felt a little tired in places. A rug in the living room was a trip hazard, and the kitchen lacked some basic essentials such as oven gloves, trays, tin foil, or parchment paper — all of which would be expected for self-catering. In the master bedroom, the bed squeaked with every movement, and the curtains let in a significant amount of daylight, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, I feel the owners would benefit from investing in some small but important upgrades to improve the overall guest experience — better communication, a few essentials, and attention to detail would go a long way.

Beautiful clean house, brand new, with very large bright rooms and comfy beds. Really well equipped. Loved the playground outside for the kids too.

A note on the espresso machine needing the newest pods would be fab as we bought the wrong ones 😂

The house is stunning and spacious in a quiet location. The house is fully equipped and was clean and tidy. Would recommend. Communication with host was however poor. On our departure day we had someone turn up at 9am to paint the side door (which wasn’t a problem for us but I wanted to double check with the host as we wanted to go out for a few hours and was not sure if we should leave the person at the house alone I thought it was best to double check but have still not heard from the host after calling, messaging and email!

Good location if travelling around in a car. House was very clean and spacious.

We were kindly left a pint of milk in the fridge, but there was no tea or coffee in the house so had to go out shopping as soon as we arrived. Not easy to walk into Holt. There is no footpath and you have to walk on a soft muddy verge beside a very busy main road. Very limited places to get a decent breakfast in Holt, and very expensive for what you get.

Beautiful property with brand new furnishings, equipment, including extras. Comfortable beds, excellent shower and bath facilities. Very quiet location. Sophie dealt with matters quickly, efficiently and professionally. Delightful location, with nearby scenic areas and Walsingham shrine.

Lovely modern and tastefully decorated house. Close to lovely locations like Sheringham.

Beautifully furnished and great location. Kids loved the park to the front of the property and it was an easy 15 minute walk into Holt. Great communication from the owner and any queries answered very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious, well equipped house. Beds were super comfortable and outdoor seating was lovely. Modern, clean and everything worked.

Check in and checkout times did not match what was written on booking.com. Both times were an hour different to what was written. We felt rushed to leave as the cleaner arrived at 10 15, website says checkout is at 11 am.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house over Christmas. The festive decorations were a lovely addition. It accommodated our 2 families and dog perfectly with plenty of space and the cosy snug with Xbox X and Sky TV was very much enjoyed. The house was beautifully presented, very clean with lots of lovely touches, super comfy bed, great showers and the double oven was great to have over Christmas! We would love to stay again.

As a previous guest commented the addition of a hairdryer and corkscrew would be welcome additions. The Bedroom 1 details also need updating as there is only one bed in there not two.

The house was spotless, beautifully presented, and smelled gorgeous! It had everything that we needed for two families with teenage kids. All the rooms were a great size and lovely to have a separate TV/games room. The beds were super comfy. I can imagine it is wonderful in the summer with the outdoor seating area. All in all, a great stay.

New and very spacious, lovely enclosed garden. Very comfy beds and fantastic showers ! All new and modern facilities and our son loved the gaming consoles ! Plenty of room if you need space with an office and small living/gaming room. The master bedroom was extremely big ,very lovely! We will definitely return .

Lack of TVs especially in main lounge and no hair dryer. But as we were only there a couple nights wasn't an issue for us,we had a lovely stay as we wanted quality family time .

We stayed in this beautiful home for four nights to explore the area. It was a perfect base to discover North Norfolk and we'll be back. The house is exceptionally comfortable and well-presented.
