This gem of a cottage is in the most perfect spot for exploring. It is quiet and much larger than expected. It's very clean and cosy. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Parking is an absolute dream.
The hosts are kind and very approachable providing cake, milk, sugar and tea bags to welcome you after your travels.
We would and are recommending this cottage to everyone we know. Thank you for our brilliant holiday.

The property was well located on the outskirts of Holt - 2 min walk into the town. Parking was easy using the allocated permit. The property had everything we needed and they kindly left some cupcakes and milk for our first cup of tea! Lovely decor and everything spotless.

Absolutely great cottage. Great location. Everything on your doorstep. I took my partner there as a surprise Birtday present. She loves walking in the countryside. Those walks are accessible just behind the cottage. Plus more in the surrounding area. The cottage has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, with all facilities catered for. Overall faultless. Thank you.

Sadly-all the dishes we used needed to be washed first as they were filthy. The floor wasn’t clean and the cushions on the sofas had stains. It was disappointing and really unfortunate, we were happy to leave.
