Situated in the heart of the historic market town of Holt, this charming cottage is the perfect base for a relaxing getaway. Ideally positioned within easy walking distance of local shops, cafés, and restaurants, it also offers a fantastic location for exploring the stunning North Norfolk coast.
As you enter the property, a traditional Norfolk winder staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find two comfortable and well-presented bedrooms — one featuring a double bed with its own en suite shower room, and the other a spacious king-size room. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the upstairs accommodation.
Downstairs, the welcoming entrance opens into a well fitted dining kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for your stay. From here, you'll move into a cosy living room, complete with a corner sofa and armchair — the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
Holt is perfectly situated between the popular seaside destinations of Wells-next-the-Sea and Cromer, with beautiful beaches, coastal walks, and picturesque villages to discover along the way, making this cottage an ideal retreat for couples or families alike.
The property is just a 3min walk from two town centre car parks, both offering weekly tickets.
One well behaved dog welcome, but please note there is no garden or outdoor space.
