Excellent host who has a superb property. You won’t be disappointed

Excellent location. On top of shops, pubs and cafes. Lots of paid parking nearby. Exceptional furnishings, very comfortable.

Step stairs up to flat, be careful. Noise from road in second bedroom. No double glazing so bring ear plugs.

Wonderful stay

Everything, the Appartment was beautiful, excellent location, had everything we required including fresh milk , tea , coffee, sugar, local apple juice and biscuits. Sarah a super host . Cannot recommend highly enough

Charming and comfortable apartment in an attractive location.

We appreciated the beautiful interiors with period furniture (especially loved the tall post bed) and enjoyed the fresh and dried flowers, also the interesting artefacts. The beds were very comfy, the apartment very clean, with milk and treats on arrival. Central location in Holt. The host was responsive and very helpful.

Loved the area but the flat offered little comfort, could not be described as cosy.

It lacked the customary welcome pack except for an open jug of milk and 3 cans of tonic. Only 1 toilet roll, no kitchen roll. Erratic and quirky decor and furnishings. Some of it not very functional. Who wants a tailor’s dummy bedecked with a union flag in the sitting room? Was it instead of a tv? Unvaried reading matter (all on interior design). Not a very relaxing atmosphere. Cramped kitchen for 4 people. The bed sheet was clean but had marks on it. Too much dark wood made it gloomy.

Quirky and delightful apartment-very clean, great quality linen and we had a really comfortable stay

The location was great, right in the centre of a beautiful town with fantastic facilities and within easy reach of lovely beaches and walks.

Minor issue with the very hot temperature of the shower which we couldn’t seem to control.

The parking is plentiful but does need thinking about but charges are reasonable or a short walk for free.

Very relaxing short stay in a beautiful apartment

Beautiful interior design. Love the artwork, which was for sale. Fresh sweetpea flowers, my favourite, on arrival Lovely and cool as windows opened to let in fresh air on one of the hottest days of the summer Refreshments cooling in fridge Comfy beds

Absolutely stunning apartment in the centre of Holt. Beautiful furnished and spotlessly clean throughout. Well equipped kitchen, eggs, milk, tea coffee etc all included. The beds were DREAMY Absolutely loved it here, such an interior inspo 😍

A very comfortable stay and Sarah, the hostess, so helpful. Couldn’t of asked for more.

Very stylish, clean and comfortable Suited both old and young as we were a party of Grandmother, Mother and daughter.

There are quite steep stairs to get to the flat but we all managed without a problem . ( My Mother is 86!) However I would think about it carefully if you are considering staying here if you have mobility problems.

Relaxing, Comfortable, Clean and Just Fabulous!

This is an amazing flat in the perfect location. Sarah is an excellent host, and is on hand to answer any questions. The beds are really comfy and the kitchen is fantastic- everything you could need is there! There isn't parking with the accommodation, but there is ample carparking available nearby, so this wasn't an issue at all. Highly recommend Staying at Sarah's :)
