Lovely, quirky little cottage in lovely Holt. Literally two minutes away fromThe town. The cottage was clean and tidy and kitchen well equipped. The stairs are quite steep so would not suit someone with mobility issues. Cottage is dog friendly. The hot tub was lovely. Parking space provided across the road.

Really nice stay, clean & tidy cottage, loads of cooking utensils all provided as well as a dishwasher. Welcome chocolates was a really nice surprise, snd brilliant location literally in the centre of Holt. Hotub was really good, nice & warm and kept the temperature!Only downside for us was the bedroom heating wouldn’t turn on! Not sure if it was me doing something wrong or it needs replacing as it was freezing in the bedroom! Overall good stay 😊

Cottage was lovely, clean and quaint, but the sofa was a little uncomfortable, some instructions on the heating would of been nice as the log affect fire is for show. The parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car. The Cottage is very close to the centre of Holt and is lovely for shops and eating. We had a lovely weekend!

Nice area, at first the cottage seems small but it grows on you. Especially like the Hot Tub. Holt is a lovely town as is the local area.
