We had a lovely stay at the lawns spa, the hosts were friendly and welcoming, we had everything we needed for our 3 nights and super convenient location in the centre of Holt. We especially enjoyed the table tennis 🏓
As the location is near a main road, if you are a particularly light sleeper you may hear some road noise, however I slept like a log.

Well located in Holt. The apartment was well equipped with up to date facilities. Nice aquarium with fish - very realaxing.
Nice big living space.
Although there is a large shared garden, there is no private space to eat outside.
Despite a Dyson fan being available, the ground floor bedroom was too hot, I expect for security reasons the bedroom window could not be opened.

A fantastic apartment with everything you need. Even a bottle of bubbly 🍾 on arrival. The bed was very comfortable. All rooms were exceptional clean and modern. A great base and location for exploring Holt on foot. Free parking was an added bonus. Overall an excellent stay and would definitely recommend 👌 Thank you
