'The View' Penthouse Apartment Number Four Lees Terrace

Outstanding central location, with lovely shops, pubs and restaurants, within a few steps. Holt is a charming small town, with the coast only a short drive away. Panoramic views across an interesting historic roofscape towards fields and woods in the distance. We enjoyed just sitting and watching the swifts and other birds wheeling through the sky. The spacious penthouse apartment is on two levels and has been tastefully renovated, equipped, and furnished. Everything was spotlessly clean and carefully prepared for our arrival.

It's a fair climb to the upper level. Not a problem for us, but to be considered if you have big heavy bags or restricted mobility. A welcome pack of some fresh milk in the fridge (UHT sachets were provided) would have been appreciated, as would toiletries beyond the two small sachets of body wash/shampoo and hand wash dispenser in each bathroom. On street parking is limited in terms of availability and duration. The private parking is a short walk of 150m or so.

I think more visual directions would be helpful - like just next to the pottery cafe.

Lovely property with high quality finish and lovely kitchen equipment provided. Beds all good and we all had a lovely relaxing weekend l, enjoyed by 6 friends :) Hosts were available when we had queries and always helpful.

Adjacent parking would be amazing but in a lovely place like Holt a complete ‘non availability’ - you can park outside to unpack and the free parking with the apartment was nearby and our other car found free parking on side of adjacent road

Fabulous view and great location for exploring Holt.

It was very nice only small thing would be a few more glasses and a bit more cutlery.
