Had a thoroughly nice time at this apartment, even with winter weather it was comfy and cosy inside.

The layout suited our family of three adults, very quiet, but central location made it easy to visit the town which is pretty with good shops, cafes etc. The apartment was well laid out with pretty much everything you would need (eggcups would be nice, but I am extra :) ). Beds were comfy, good pressure in the showers, reasonable storage. Bread knife sharp enough to cut sourdough! Thank you!

It would have been nice to know up front that the parking provided was an short walk away from the property, It really wasn't far, but just a minor point. The shower head in the upstairs ensuite is on a rail that needs a bit of attention as the pole drops out of the fixture if you attempt to adjust the height of the head. other than that cannot fault this property at all.

Excellent location. Pretty town. A short walk from shops and lots of places to eat. Accommodation was modern, clean and comfortable and had lovely roof top views. Only a short car ride to Cromer and Sheringham. Blickling Hall is close too.

Need to move car from outside the front of the property before 8am Mon to Sat. The alternative parking (a couple of streets away) is located in a car park which is very dark in winter months.

Nice break away

The location was excellent and the view from the living room and kitchen was stunning! The kitchen and dining room were beautifully decorated and spacious.

The accommodation was advertised for 6 adults, however, the twin room is for children not adults due to the size of the beds. Luckily some of us were under 6ft but the bedroom feels very cramped as a result of this! It would also have more 'ambiance' if there was low lighting in the small bedroom and the living room. Unfortunately, we feel that the kitchen was not well equipped for 6 adults, with not enough pans for cooking, and there needed to be more serving dishes, cups/mugs, a larger grater (we are being quite specific!!), and some more glasses. A sponge to do the washing up would have been helpful too, as we had to use the cloth. There was also no teapot, but thank you for the freebies. Additionally, we noticed that when two people were showering at the same time, or using the kitchen tap, the shower pressure really dwindled and significantly impacted the shower pressure.

A perfect mini break in a lovely location.

It is a beautiful, spacious apartment that catered for all our needs. The view was lovely and the location was amazing, so convenient for what the town had to offer.

The only gripe that we experienced was the early morning road noise from the side of the property adjacent to the road.

Great apartment in a good location

Great internal layout and ideally located for access to the Town. Perfect for a group of 4 where one couple can “live” downstairs and one upstairs with separate bathroom facilities for each. Parking space is only 5 mins walk away a a real bonus in a place like Holt.

Firstly Great location. The apartment was well presented , clean and spacious .. we were a party of 6 and it fulfilled all our requirements..

I wish the living room had another sofa for us all .. it’s spacious enough for a nice corner sofa or something .. .. as we could only fit 3 on this one .. there were other chairs , but we all liked a comfy sofa .. A third tv in the other double room would have been an extra nice touch .. I personally didn’t find the main bedroom mattress comfortable.. but all other guests had no issues with the other beds .. so maybe just me with that one .. other than this it was a perfect getaway and we would definitely go again ..

Fantastic location, very comfortable apartment with a nice layout. Accommodated the whole family (5) with ease and we all loved staying there. Views from picture window to the west are wonderful and include many beautiful Holt rooftops. Owners were responsive to our concerns

Access to the property is up an outside stairs and bannister, so not advisable for the mobility challenged and dicey when wet. Fortunately we were all able bodied. On the housekeeping front: An fyi. Water pressure is very low (Anglian Water issue) so if the downstairs shower is in use there will be no water upstairs so wait to use the dishwasher or washing machine Lack of small details like extra toilet paper, no batteries in the provided fake Christmas tree in the dining room, not enough bin bags or dishwasher soap cubes. No extra coffee pods, tea bags or sugar provided. Perhaps we are supposed to supply the above and didn’t know, but for the cost of a 10 day stay, attention to small details is key. Lighting in the dining room and master bedroom very low.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very nicely decorated and equipped. Was just perfect for us. We booked this apartment as we were attending a wedding nearby. 5 adults got wedding ready here. Plenty of room and hot water. It was great to come back to lovely accommodation at the end of a busy day and climb into a comfy bed to recover. Was ideally placed for the church and everything Holt offers within a few steps. Having the parking space was also very useful. We had two cars so used this for one and a local car park for the other which didn't break the bank at £8.50 for 24hrs.

Fantastic views of the Norfolk sky!

Great central location in New Road, with the top floor overlooking the town and Bakers & Larners Furnishings store, with the usual fabulous Norfolk skies! 2 lovely bathrooms with great showers and plenty of hot water. Generally a well equipped kitchen, but short of a potato masher and tongs!

Overall the apartment was clean, but we had to wash up saucepans and plates that we used on our first night. This is a shame as the top plate was clean, but not the rest, which obviously needs to be checked. However, there is a dishwasher so anyone renting this apartment should put everything away clean!

Exceptional location, equally exceptional property. Perfect for up to 6 adults in 3 double rooms.

The apartment is exceptional. Holt is the perfect location with a vibrant shopping/pub/restaurant centre. Holt is just 20 mins from the coast and near many other places of interest, National Trust properties and outstanding golf courses. Returning to the apartment in the evening after a pleasurable day was yet another bonus.

Nothing. There is designated parking for one car a short walk from the property and free street parking for 1 hour outside the property during the hours 8am-6pm. After 6pm unlimited parking is free overnight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
