なんと言っても立地が素晴らしいです。手頃なお値段なのにバルコニーは素晴らしい眺め。パラソルに少々不具合がありましたが、すぐに対応してくれましたしとても誠実な印象を受けました。お部屋も共同の場所も掃除が行き届いていてとても清潔です。川向こうのツーリスティックで騒がしいエリアに比べ、静かで落ち着いていて良かったです。またコッヘムを訪れることがあればリピートしたいです。
良くないことはほぼないですが，強いて言えば朝食の内容がお値段の割には少し寂しいですね。それに私は朝のバルコニーを楽しみたかったので、2日目以降の朝は対岸のパン屋さんで朝食を仕入れてきました。

Room was clean, Wifi worked well, more affordable than other options in Cochem. Host was friendly and helpful and had some good tips for restaurants and Weinguts in town.
Parking's about 400 meters away and all the restaurants and activities are across the river, so you have to be prepared to walk a bit.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, die Unterkunft war von der Lage super zentral und sauber.
das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, so wie das Badezimmer sehr eng... Keine Aussicht zur Mosel.
