Didn't realise there was an additional payment of 10 euros for parking until after booking.

Ideal for a short stay, stop over whilst travelling further.

The breakfast was really nice, a good choice of items. Room was not very big but comfy. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.

Bathroom could have been a bit bigger and spruced up a bit and parking should be a bit cheaper. However it was well secured.

Not very impressed by this hotel

The best thing about this hotel was that it was near a Mercure Hotel that we could walk to for a fabulous dinner. I only wish we had booked there instead.

Where do I start. It was really difficult to get into the car park as the staff were not answering the buzzer so my sister had to get out of the car and go into the hotel to get them to open the gate. This was repeated on exit, even though we had just checked out so they knew we were in the carpark, about to leave. When we came back from dinner at the nearby hotel, we went to the bar to order a drink and the staff were so ill informed about what drinks they could actually provide that we gave up and went to bed. The room itself was ok but on the day we were leaving, I tripped on the very, very high carpet strip leading from the bedroom to the communal hallway, fell into the opposite wall and injured my back. Overall, we had a very poor experience at this hotel and, as a result, will not consider this chain in the future.

No parking, noisy place

Location is fine, taxi to the city centre takes a few minutes. The bed and the shower were ok. For 1-2 nights it’s OK.

If you want the hotel with parking don’t book this one. No parking is available, because they have just a few spaces. There is a tram line near the hotel and a quite busy road. No iron is provided.

Good price but improvements are needed

The location is good. The tram station is in front of the hotel and it's only a couple of stops till the city centre. There is a private parking for 10€.

The breakfast was modest, there were no vegetables. The air conditioner was switched on with a very cold mode and it was very cold in the room. It wasn't possible to open the window. We were given only 2 big towels and no towels for hands. Also there was no place where we could dry them so we used hangers. My husband told me that the staff wasn't friendly to him but I didn't have that feeling.

Clean room, comfortable bed, polite staff. It's a budget hotel, that's acceptable for 1 night

Had to postpone our leave, which messed up our schedule for the day, because parking spots that were not a actually available were "reserved" and we were blocked by someone else's car for more than an hour. Not all light were working in the room.

we survived

the location

there was no parking. a pretty basic breakfast that was charged separately. for my purpose I needed 2 rooms twinbeds, parking and breakfast. I got 2 double rooms no parking an a poor paid for breakfast. this should cost around 200 and it ended up being 300. lesson learned. on the other hand my week earlier booking.in lyon was perfect. so my expectations were high. a large part is your website if I select the above you actually recommended this hotel as top.

Excellent location with tram stop outside for quick Dijon centre access. Good, secure on-site parking (if pre-booked)

Nothing really, except, we came in late from outing and the doors were lock. We had to stay outside for a while before they were opened.
