Good functional choice in central Dijon

Excellent location, in-town Dijon. Mostly surrounded by pedestrianized streets. Easy walk to main sites in Dijon. Check-in was efficient.

This is one of those city hotels that provide you a big room in a very barebones setting. It keeps it affordable, and its a reasonable choice. But certainly doesn't have the charm that other types of hotels are capable of providing.

For a tourist, the location could not be better. The property is located within the "owl trail", and was remarkably convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Lovely hotel, very well located, clean and comfortable, friendly staff, excellent value for money.

The room was lovely and clean, my parents and I took advantage of the 'happy hour', enjoying free soft drinks and nibbles in the cafe. I was sorry not to be able to have the breakfast but I was running the Marathon des Grands Crus and breakfast only started at 8am. The staff was really friendly and they looked after my suitcase and bags while I was at the race. I would definitely like to stay in this hotel again next time I come to Dijon.

The only issue is that the reception is closed between 1pm and 3pm and there is no way of collecting the keys during that period. It didn't matter so much this time as I arrived in Dijon at about 1pm and went straight to lunch but, if the reception has to be closed in that period, perhaps you could set up some way for people to still collect their keys? Or aybe shortne the break to 1-2pm? It was a little bit inconvenient.

It was a quick stay for us but for a basic place to stay with the family its not overly bad.

Worth the money considering the location and kind staff.

Very centrally situated. Within walking distance to most attractions and the main station. Breakfast at 12 euro sounded pricey but it’s actually value for money. If you’re staying more than one night, definitely worth trying.

Some of the facilities are a bit old. The table and chairs in my room were too high to sit comfortably and some of the kitchenware wasn’t clean.

Great location was sleepless night. Disappointing.

The location was really convenient.

Unfortunately my experience was less than ideal. While the location is convenient, the noise in the corridors throughout the night made it really difficult to get any sleep. I was frequently woken up by the sound of doors opening and closing, which was not only disruptive but also a bit unsettling. I did share this feedback with the staff in the morning; they were polite and reassured me that the hotel is safe, but unfortunately, it didn’t change my experience. I had to hit the road early morning without having a proper sleep. Additionally, the room had a small kitchen area, which could have been a nice touch, but there was a sign indicating that if the dishes weren’t cleaned and put away, there would be an extra charge of 25EUR. I found this a bit inconvenient, as I would have expected these services to be included. Overall, aside from the great location, my stay was disappointing,

Perfect spot with great staff.

This was a fantastic property. The location couldn’t have been better, the rooms were comfy and spacious. But what really made it special was the staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Loved the balcony views. Would happily stay again and would highly recommend.

A disappointing stay, not representative of the images we'd seen online and not great value

The location is fantastic. A stone's throw away from all of the central attractions and old town

The family apartment we had pictured on the website was in fact one room with a double bed and two small fold-out singles, a tiny kitchen area and small bathroom. The kitchen equipment was very basic - one mug and one wine glass for a family of four people! The hallways and corridors were very tired and shabby, although there was a notice that are being revamped.

Parking in the courtyard was 13€ per night which was super convenient. It was a lovely room in a great location - spacious and comfortable with a refrigerator and kitchenette. The common areas were a bit shabby. Unfortunately the air conditioning had not yet been turned on in the building which made it very hot in the sun. We had to keep the balcony door open which meant we couldn’t keep the curtains closed properly and the street noise was quite loud throughout the night.

The staff is very helpful and kind. The room is basic but well-equipped, clean and cosy. The hotel building is very central and super close to parking spots and private parking facilities. Easy to reach and handy to move around.

I think the rooms are very modern (minimal) and neat! However, the corridors and elevators are a bit old.
