Free parking at weekends

The manager wasn’t expecting us despite booking over 24 hours earlier on Booking.com. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was a tampon wrapper on the toilet floor and blood on the bathroom wall. We had to ask for towels and were given ones with holes in them (see photo). The curtains had come off the rails and the plug sockets were coming out of the walls (see photo). The whole place stank of paint which made it hard to sleep and there was door slamming and shouting throughout the night until past 4am. The shower was extremely weak and the shower cable didn’t reach the holder above.

The customer service was great. The lady at the front desk was helpful and very nice. Breakfast was also very good, although basic all the options were of great quality.

The room was a little outdated however given the price there was no issues. The signage for the hotel was quite minimal though and we walked past it by accident.

a clean good value hotel for an overnight stop

Location. Fantastic for site seeing. Lovely and clean and great value for money. Quite basic but for the price you don’t expect 5 stars. we were only in the place to eat. parking is not available on site but free parking near by

Coffee making facilities would have been good. a kettle milk and coffee or a machine. we were not able to have a drink on getting in in the evening and before leaving as we don’t eat breakfast

I love Angelina, the woman who runs the place. Extremely friendly and accommodating. My room was super quiet with good wifi. The outdoor space is a great getaway from the streets. Completely walkable from train station. through the old city. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable stay in Dijon.

it was old world French, with a patio garden with chairs and table next door to a beer pub and chicken shop. The woman who runs the hotel is fantastic!

Basic, budget accommodation

The receptionist so nice, friendly and very keen to help. Check in easy and pleasant. A little market just in front of the hotel, and a pub with delicious beers literally next door. Room window facing the back, so no noise from this way, and privacy. Blinds were great. Tables outside available for eating. Bed linen was clean as also bath towels. Hair dryer definitely a bonus as the hot water. Not far away from the city center or public transport.

Bed was very uncomfortable, mattress too soft and short, (and I am 1.70mt tall) and pillow too small. The hotel in itself is dated. I stayed on the ground floor, room 21, no lights in the corridor, except for security exit signs. Toilet fan was on at all time and cannot be switched off, noisy was as also coming from other rooms toilets, could clearly hear other guests voices and tvs. There’s not any kind of facility inside. Little improvements and some nice touches could make the difference, even in a budget hotel.

You're just a 10 minute walk away from the historical city centre, with shops, a bakery and a petrol station within a few meters of the hotel. There is affordable (8EUR) parking available, although it's not exactly on the hotel grounds (around 100m away).

The wardrobe in our room had a strong, distinct smell of old furniture - not something you want to put your clothes in. The bathroom was literally falling apart, with shower gaskets coming off and brown stains all over the shower and sink. For the price you could expect something cleaner and fresher.

J'ai eu un peu froid la nuit. J'avais lu plusieurs avis qui disaient qu'il pouvait faire froid mais j'ai trouvé deux autres couettes supplémentaires dans le placard donc ça va.

Température de la chambre limite, odeur de peinture fraîche ( irrespirable)draps tâchés et couverture sale ,pas de chauffage dans la salle d'eau (froid), 1 petite serviette pour 2 personnes, ça ne correspondait pas du tout à l'annonce, ( en se qui me concerne ça ne correspond pas du tout à un hôtel),pas de petit déjeuner, obligé pour la 2ème nuit louer autre part via votre site hôtel ibis budget alors que j'avais réservé pour 2 nuits

Rien, présence de cafards, sale, moisi, impolitesse du réceptionniste

Nous avons trouvé des cafards dans la chambre, moisissures dans la salle de bain qui n’avait pas de chauffage, fuites d’eau dans la salle de bain, literie très mauvaise, chambre sale, toiles d’araignées, réceptionniste impoli. Et Booking qui ne fait pas son travail, c’est la cerise sur le gâteau

Avis décevant

N'étais pas du tout comme sur les photos surtout la salle de bain. Évier boucher. La baignoire plein de cheveux sur les murs et la baignoire qui n'avais pas du tout avoir avec les photos sur Booking et la poire était cassé je ne pouvais pas le laver du tout... Il faisait tres froid à mon arrivée surtout qu'il y a de la neige ici et il fait 1° on a vraiment mal dormis avec le froid c'était pas allumé a notre arrivée il n'y aucune pensé pour le client !! Je suis vraiment mais plus que déçue j'ai payé 63€ mais ça vaut le pas 35€ j'ai l'habitude de voyager et la vraiment c'est décevant.
