Very average

Location is good for the old town. Underground paid parking is good. Bed was comfortable.

The kitchen equipment is poor. Non stick pan with surface badly damaged, dirty chopping board, no wooden spoon, only one dinner plate. On arrival for breakfast the girl was preparing scrambled eggs but they were cold. Dogs not allowed in breakfast room. Very average.

Good size room and excellent location near the old center of the city. The rest is basic.

Location was perfect

The staff at the reception have poor communication skills, they couldn't direct us clearly to the hotel parking. we had to drive around the block, ended up in the wring parking and had to back out, then had to return to the for desk to ask for directions and with insistence we got a map and proper instructions. The person at the desk treated us like idiots and was rude.

Excellent, very friendly staff, excellent location, good enough small kitchen to prepare breakfast. Excellent restaurant almost next door (Le Petit Bouchon). Excellent underground secure parking at a reasonable price.

Very convenient, reasonable and spacious

The room is simple but spacious and convenient for a stay of more than a one night stop. It was clean and the location is very good, near public transportation and a short walk from the center of the city. They have appliances downstairs at the reception that you can borrow when you need them. We used the toaster, iron and ironing board.

Great accommodation in the center of Dijon

Great property in the center of Dijon. We stayed there on our way to and from Spain. It's great that they have on-site underground parking. They accept pets for a fee. Room is clean and has a small kitchen area that is perfect for preparing a quick meal.

Nice accommodation, close to town

The studio is as shown in the photos. It has a small kitchen with basic equipment. It was clean.

We had not bought breakfast and were not allowed to use the terrace during this time.

Good hotel/studio apartment for single nights stay

Car Park conveniently located. Kitchen space and decent size room. Clean room.

Lighting, rooms felt a bit dark and windows were small so doesn't create as pleasant environment - purely down to lighting. Nothing bad, just not great. Shower didn't have glass door or curtain which means water sprays on floor. Even though shower is large - the heat from the water naturally doesn't stay enclosed within shower space. The water spray going onto floor can be annoying. Rooms could look better overall but this is a budget hotel.

Superb

very well located apart hotel. The studio was compact but it was more than enough for the 2 of us plus our small dog. It was clean and they had left dishwashing liquid a sponge and a tea towel for us to wash after cooking. It is within walking distance to the city centre, the tram and some good restaurants. There is a few small supermarkets very close as well. The beds were comfortable and we were lucky to get a room giving to an interior patio, which meant it was extremely quiet at night. They also leave 2 pillows per bed which for me means extra points :) We had to pay extra for the parking but as we had mentioned it with our booking they had a space saved for us and this was perfect as we arrived late at night. The parking is super secure, so although not recommended, we felt safe with leaving a few things inside the car. Overall good experience. We would probably book here again as we normally stop in Dijon on our way to England.

I would say it would be nice for the toilet to have an extractor as it doesn't have a window, but it is not too much of a deal.

A little hot but a really nice stay.

The room was very clean and spacious and the location was also really good with short distance to the central and a grocery store close by.

The temperature in the room was bit high and as I understood it the heating in the hotel was centrlized so we couldnt change it.

I had to stay for work and left as soon as I could. I definitely would not recommend anyone to stay there.

no air conditioning. I kept being told that the technician was coming to fix it. They couldn’t supply a fan either. no servicing in the room. ran out of soap for shower and had to take hand wash from sink to use, which was difficult as they’re fixed to the wall.

The location was within walking distance of the old city centre. The room was positively beyond our expectations in terms of size and we appreciated having a terrasse. The room and bathroom were very clean. The personnel at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

Simple but perfect!!

This was my third stay and won’t be my last. it’s just perfect for a stop off point on my drive to Spain. Clean, good parking on street, so handy to walk into the lovely town and friendly staff.

Close to city center. Bed's mattress pretty good.

No parking. They have one but they charge it 10€ ! The hotel was empty but they don't let you check in before or stay later more than 10-15 minutes.
