Extremely well situated to walk into the centre of Dijon; bright and welcoming reception area; all areas of the property were immaculate; quiet rooms and also 2 lifts ( great for the number of guests using the lifts); entrance reception was safe from unwanted visitors as guest room cards secured entrance to the property.
I can't think of anything I didn't like- it was just perfect!

Dijon was a one-night stopover. The hotel is perfect for this! The hotel has an underground car park, which was really handy. We were also very grateful because there was a massive hailstorm that evening.
It’s within walking distance of the city centre.
The only thing I can mention is that the free water with fresh oranges had been left out for far too long. The oranges were starting to ferment and the water tasted unpleasant. It was clear that this water had been there for more than a day. And it was right opposite the reception desk, in full view of the staff. So someone could have made the effort to take it away and put out some fresh water.
Otherwise, the service was really friendly.

Location is good for the old town. Underground paid parking is good. Bed was comfortable.
The kitchen equipment is poor. Non stick pan with surface badly damaged, dirty chopping board, no wooden spoon, only one dinner plate. On arrival for breakfast the girl was preparing scrambled eggs but they were cold. Dogs not allowed in breakfast room. Very average.
