The staff was very polite and willing to help. The location very good. The location is very convenient.
The room looks into a small inner yard corridor.. the breakfast is very simple.

Great location and easy to park on the street
Staff very friendly and helpful
We were in no smoking rooms but the corridors did really smell of smoke and at some points the room did too.
Breakfast very basic for the price and could do with having proper plates rather than using saucers.

We requested a change to our booking as my wife has injured her foot, whilst on holiday, and now has problems with stairs. This was readily granted, with a room provided on the ground floor. We were very pleased to be able to park our motorcycle on the premises, behind locked gates and this made loading up the bike the next morning much easier. Well situated for the centre of Dijon, we found this a most agreeable one night stopover on our way back to Calais.
We had no problems with this accommodation.

Great location. Helpful desk staff
It wasn't clear that it was only a microwave in the room. There was no tea or coffee. There was very little loo roll and no spare.

"Very well equipped, comfortable, we had a large room. Great location, easy walk to old town. Second time here . Has smaller room last year. That was also great even with our dog. The staff weee lovely..."
