Good place to stop for the night in Dijon

Great location and easy to park on the street Staff very friendly and helpful

We were in no smoking rooms but the corridors did really smell of smoke and at some points the room did too. Breakfast very basic for the price and could do with having proper plates rather than using saucers.

A most agreeable one night stopover.

We requested a change to our booking as my wife has injured her foot, whilst on holiday, and now has problems with stairs. This was readily granted, with a room provided on the ground floor. We were very pleased to be able to park our motorcycle on the premises, behind locked gates and this made loading up the bike the next morning much easier. Well situated for the centre of Dijon, we found this a most agreeable one night stopover on our way back to Calais.

We had no problems with this accommodation.

Comfortable room in pleasant hotel with town centre at walking distance. The staff is agreeable and helpful. Lot of things to see and do in those charming streets (as long as one sticks to the center). Recommended.

A great option for Dijon

There really wasn't anything I could fault about my stay. The room was comfortable and quiet and very good value for money. It was less than a ten minute walk into the old part of town, and walkable from the bus and train station.

Everything was fine - no criticisms at all.

Studio Comfort

Better than expected! Layout of building a bit odd but room was spacious and quiet and nice to make yourself a cup of coffee/tea. Nice shower. 2 single beds requested and thank you.

Location was great but this hotel just not for us

The location was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.

We were confirmed by hotel of 2 single beds in a room on the 1st floor. But when we got there it was a double bed on the ground floor, we went and told the staff this was wrong he could not move us that night but said he would move us the next day. We were then moved to 2nd floor which involved moving suitcases up numerous stairs and doors. This was not a good start to our trip. We had trouble reaching plates as they were to high for us. Very stingy on soap and particular toilet sheets.

Location..walking distance to the city center and easy to park. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff

The studio was very small though we were small people. It was not comfortable to move around, very small shower and didn't feel comfortable to stay more than 2 nights. No cleaning for the whole stay. Also the check-in time during weekend and public holidays is limited, only between 17.00 and 22.00

Clean and airy compact apartment, great location and great staff.

Very comfortable compact apartment with some basic cooking equipment. Location is great and an easy, short walk to the centre of town. The manager Matthew was very welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, he helped us with information on things to do and places to eat.

Our apartment was on the 1st Floor and there is no elevator, but again Matthew offered us a ground floor if we wanted to change and he carried our bags to our room. Great service.

The location is great ! 5-10 minutes to the city centre. The room was quite clean, with all the necessary staff like kettle, cups, plates etc. Price/quality is really good.

An enjoyable stay

The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short break. The hotel was located near the city centre and not far from the station. Not too noisy either.

I wish we had had some tea or coffee in our room We had a kettle and a coffee maker but a few teabags or some coffee would have been a nice touch (and is something we usually find in hotels). Also shame breakfast isn't included in the price, especially during out of season periods.

Quite a good experience.

We were forced to book this place last minute, due to our other reservation (Hotel Le Thurot) doing a bait & switch on us. We had booked an apartment at Hotel Le Thurot, but when we got there, the manager offered us an ordinary room without a kitchen. Their toilet had plumbing issues as well, so we decided to go to Appart Hotel Montchapet instead. Appart Hotel Montchapet offered check-in upto 10pm which was a relief due to our other troubles. Very spacious room with all amenities. Kitchen was well equipped. Free overnight parking on the street , till 8am.

No elevator; had to carry bags up a flight of stairs.

Dijon is beautiful

Nice and safe location at 10 minutes walk from city center. Bit of Art Deco and Art Nouveau area. Good breakfast and a very good shower. Clean and the bed is good. Parking your car is everywhere available and the price is very cheap, compare with Dutch standards: 3,70 euro for one day. Good WiFi too.

Value for money

Easy to walk to city centre, upon check in a small map is given that shows you around the city centre. Staff able to communicate in English. Decently sized room and small kitchenette with basic amenities.

The way back at night can be quiet and not well lit. No housekeeping done despite the sign being put out on the door. The front counter staff insisted that I look around in the room for extra towels when we had asked for fresh towels (after looking around already and realising there weren't any).
