Beware. One of the worst hotels I have ever booked. This place is a dump.

There is absolutely nothing good about this hotel except maybe the location (only a short walk to the train station and the historic center).

Arrived at 8:00 pm. No staff (they leave at 7:00). Had to hunt around for the room key (which was in a box with my name on it). The entrance doors to to hotel were unlocked and anyone off the street can enter (many drunks and homeless in the area the night we arrived). NOT SAFE! The weather was freezing and there was NO HOT WATER in the shower. Also, NO BLANKETS in the in the room (only sheets on the bed). The room was extremely cold and the HEAT WOULD NOT WORK. The place was not NOT SAFE and it was NOT COMFORTABLE. To top it off, the bathroom was dirty with mold and mildew around the shower. We left after 30 minutes in the room and booked another hotel for the week. I have requested a refund from Booking because we did not even stay one night of the 8 that I had booked. I returned around 2:00 pm the next day to return the room key and lodge a complaint with the manager. However there was only one staff person there and after explaining what happened she was totally indifferent. She did admit that they were having issues with their heating system. Therefore not hot water when it was freezing outside!

Nice for this value

Great for this price. Nice cosy design. We had two connected rooms with 2 kitchenettes and 2 bathrooms, what is very convenient. Kitchenettes were neatly hidden. There was everything needed for a short stay.

When we arrived, nobody was there even though the reception was supposed to be open, so we had to call. It would be nice to receive an email or WhatsApp message with clear check-in instructions in advance. No one was there for check-out either, so we just left the key in the box. Heating was working in one room only.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Close the everything and the rooms were absolutely amazing. Most importantly they allowed us to leave our luggage after check in, there was free washing machine and washing tablets for use, clothes lines to hang up our clothes. Amazingly clean and just a very enjoyable stay. Which we could have stayed longer than a night!

Cheap but outdated hotel

Location is great. A few minutes from city center is perfect. Very calm hotel

The room itself was pretty outdated. The kitchen was a cupboard and the dining table is really a desk. The windows barely close and the beds are not very confortable but I still slept pretty okay.

Its good but needs improvement in offering services ahead of time

Location is very accessible

They ask for you to reserve parking slot 1 day before arrival, then they will say it is fully booked. Breakfast reservation is also asked 1 day before arrival. So if you missed it, you need to find food yourself.

Small dark dingy room, would not stay again.

Location was good, staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. Courtyard was nice, and was nice to have fridge and microwave. Appreciate having AC in this heat.

Room was small and dark for the premium studio. Nothing like the pictures on the internet. Bathroom was dirty and old and the drainage in shower was poor. Bed was small and not comfortable. No one came to empty garbage or refill toilet paper. Very disappointing overall.

Nice stay

The instructions to get into the property were very clear and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet although it's located on a central street. The hotel is in short walking distance from the old town -nice spot to wander around easily. We would happily stay again.

Outdated/worn shower and one of our rooms didn’t have air conditioning, so rather hot. There was a bit of urine smell in one of our rooms, not sure white as it was clean. Otherwise quite comfortable.

Room on our second night was fine. Good location and parking near city center. Lovely city.

Not a great experience. First room we were given had no air conditioning despite being specifically mentioned in the booking. Asked to change but no alternative available until the following afternoon. Wanted an early start on our final morning but the automatic car park door was not working - tried calling the 24/7 number but no response - eventually opened it myself. Really frustrating start to our trip.

Never seen this much noisy bed in my life. Move your finger and listen metal work. I wake up too many times because of the metal noise. Very upset.

Very lovely apartment hotel

loveliest staff for my whole trip so far. they are really friendly and helpful. it was near to the train station and city centre Bakery just opposite the hotel and pharmacy just downstairs

The place would have been great but deal breaker I did not have hot water the whole week, tepid at best told the lady and she laughed, she either did not understand or is used to it. Did get a bit of outside noise and stomping
