Good overnight stay

Room was a good size and the facilities were adequate for an overnight stay. We did not have breakfast as we prefer to bring our own. The location of the apartment was good with easy walking into the centre and a nice bar within 2 minutes.

TV had a sound limiter which made it really difficult to watch anything and needed subtitles on.

beautiful building

lovely breakfast and amazing property, however the floors are hard and so we could hear the people in the room above walking until after midnight. there was also some hairs in the shower that was not nice to find. the heating in the room kept defaulting to 17.6degrees and so it was cold all night, perhaps I could have changed it but did not understand there control panel. the building, however, is really lovely.

Comfortable accommodation in historic setting.

Rooms are simple, not luxurious. Clean and comfortable. Lovely historical building so bedrooms has beautiful vaulted ceilings. Set around lovely old courtyard. Great location, central but very peaceful. Fantastic breakfast, good value.

Some tea or coffee in rooms, with kettle, would have been nice touch. Other than this, all good!

Brilliant place to stay in Dijon

Location was perfect, near to underground parking. A very comfortable stay in a really interesting building which was previously a Convent. Close to good restaurants and close to city centre.

Dijon, a delightfully exciting city to discover

Excellent location from which to discover Dijon on foot. Breakfast was good (and even the fruit juice was pure juice, incredibly), but order it as part of your stay because it probably isn't worth 18 euros pp. The setting is magnificent in a historical building.

Unfortunate that there was no air conditioning in the room (but two big noisy fans). And no extra pillows. It shouldn't be difficult to plan for 2 per person. Also slightly flummoxed by the car park rule where the spaces are nearly all for 5 minutes of loading/unloading, we get sent to a public car park where we pay 9 euros for overnight parking, but 6 cars are still somehow allowed to park overnight on the 5-minute spaces in front of the hotel. One rule for them and another for us. Ideally they should include a car park pass (a paid ticket) in the room price.

Good location but only for a few nights.

The location was fantastic. Only a few minutes walk and your in the heart of the pedestrian only area of the town. We found the woman on reception very friendly.

The sofa was uncomfortable and sqeeked when you moved. Two of the 4 dinning chairs had to be removed as their legs were coming off. We had a 5 night stay, no daily cleaning or replacement of towels, minimal toiletries. Not one English tv channel available. 18 Euro for a continental breakfast per person per day was exorbitant when a trip to the nearby supermarket was a better option. Minimal space in the bedroom and unable to store our clothes in the cupboard as it would only open a few inches before hitting the end of the bed. See photo.

Make sure you don’t get room with bed on mezzanine and is not dog friendly?!

The room was unbearable due to the heat and should not be used, we got very little sleep as could not use the bed on the mezzanine floor as it was unbearably hot. This hotel states that it is dog friendly, but everywhere had ‘no dogs allowed’ signs including breakfast room and no outside tables so waste of money booking breakfast. We paid in full on arrival but a €200 euro deposit was still taken which took a week after departure to be back in my account. Traveling all summer this hotel was the only disappointment.

Very good hotel in a great location.

Very well converted building with some really interesting aspects to it, like the cloisters. Good location to walk into the centre of Dijon, and yet quiet. Excellent breakfast.

Our room was very warm and no air conditioning. No car parking but we found a public spot just around the corner which was easy for one night.

Luggage drop off are was chaos, it happens. Dirty carpeting throughout the halls, just aging. Breakfast was a bit overpriced for avg quality products offered (don’t eat the scrambled eggs) No AC in room, a fan was provided which helped, if it had been hotter would have been a bit more inconvenient.

An enjoyable stay close to the centre of a beautiful city.

It is a lovely, quiet hotel in a converted monastery. The breakfast (extra €16) was very good and reception staff friendly and helpful.

Some of the furnishings were distinctly cheap (plastic toilet seat was not trustworthy!) and additional pillows would have been welcome.
