Low cost and basic for our needs

Check-in was slow and one tiny pillow per person so a bad neck in the morning

One toilet didn’t work. It was very hot inside the room. Couldn’t open the window due to plants being grown outside.

Location was good for stop over before heading to South West France. Good restaurants and amenities nearby. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

My employer arrived at hotel at 23.30. They kicked him out saying he was too late, even though we payed and I was informed that after 9pm he can enter using reservation code. Very bad treating

I paid for 1 night via booking.com and on place have to pay one more time. Hotel doesn't want to give back money . I booked room for 48e and paid 2x 48e!!!

The place was really dirty, the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, there were things smeared on the walls that looked like bogeys, walls and floor were discussing and we booked a travel cot and we were told that they don't own a travel cot!! It really left us in a mess as nowhere for our baby to sleep safely! Please note, all photos provided below are of the room, not the rest of the hotel.

I needed a bed for the night, that's what I got! Hotel.was grubby and tired looking!

Disconnect between Booking.com website and the hotel: I thought I booked a double room, with private bathroom and breakfast. Bathroon was shared, and "breakfast" looked like it would have been worth € 2 at the most. Coffee machine not working properly, ditto snacks etc (both for cash and card). Tremendous noise from other guests throughout the night. Reminded me why I stopped using F1 (and similar) hotels, even for a few short hours.

Suitable for our needs

Location a bit difficult to get to from the back, but easy from the highway. Friendly receptionist, clean room and sheets. Convenient sink.

Toilet lock didnt work, shower button kept cutting off too soon.

Close to the motorway

Two of three toilets unusable, third toilet dirty. We were asked to pay extra on arrival for a decent room and were told the one we had booked was old and dirty. Free WiFi didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed.
