Navona Queen Rooftop

Matteo and his mother Anita always have made us feel very welcome. This is the fourth rtime we have stayed in this hotel. We love the location as it is within walking distance of lot of the sites and the Rooftop provides a very great view of Rome. We love watching the sunsets before walking to dinner. Will stay here again.

This accommodation choice was superb and spot on. Location exceeded our expectation, only to be topped off by the rooftop with bird's eye view of the Duomo and Florence skyline- breathtaking. Accomodation accessed easily from street level and to room via elevator. All main attractions so close and within walking distance. The facility was so clean and quiet, despite being in the city Centre. The staff were exceptionally helpful treating us all like family. Special mention to the owner Daniele, and to front reception staff Carol, who helped with any enquiry, booked restaurants and assisted with transport enquiry. Breakfast is lovely and fab coffee! You will not be disappointed staying here.

Returning to Rome 11 months after my last trip I had no hesitation returning to Navona Queen Rooftop and couldn't have had a warmer welcome from Matteo and Cristina, who are always so helpful, friendly and communicate so well. I had the same (single) room, so it felt comforting to be in familiar surroundings. The location makes it so easy to wander the back streets around Piazza Navona and to find great restaurant options. Relaxing with an Aperold on the hotel rooftop is such a treat - the sunset and changing colours of Rome are stunning. Practical issues like the front door code entry, lift and air con also worked very well. Thanks again Matteo and Cristina - I'll be back!

Great location and rooftop views

Value for money was poor, the room was very small. Breakfast only started at 8am which was late for us. No coffee making facilities in the room which was a surprise given the cost of the room.
