The location was excellent, very central to everything, you could walk 20 minutes in any direction and be at one of the main sites, also very close to a couple of big squares with lots of bars and restaurants.
Matteo and his staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, a special mention to Alyssia who worked on the rooftop bar, she was lovely and extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you, she also taught me a few Italian words. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Rome.

Breakfast was limited , but good quality, the rooftop has amazing views and the staff were excellent with Matteo leading the way. The location is spot on for the main sites, Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori.
Whilst our room had a kettle and tea, there was no coffee making machine in the rooms and only available with breakfast.

Great location.
The walls are paper thin we could hear every word of the guy next doors phone call until 11 pm only to be replaced with his snoring. My fault for not using earplugs. We asked for an early morning taxi (to be 70 euro) to the airport. It never showed up after 20 mins so we took a random one as we were worried we would miss flights. I asked a staff member to please check who said it would arrive in 5 mins but it didn’t (as I couldn’t get hold of matteo). Matteo apologised later saying the taxi may have been running late. Expected a booked taxi would arrive on time? Pic of hair in shower after cleaning I had to scoop it out as drain was slow draining from previous day.
