Central position, helpful staff and welcoming apartment.
I didn't like the fact that you have to pay €15 for a delay check-in, which is unacceptable and only happens in Rome. When traveling, it's difficult to be precise about your arrival time due to traffic, parking, and transport delays. Obviously, the later you arrive, the more you pay, and of course, you don't get a receipt.

Amazing location, great amenities, friendly service, we got everything we needed and more! Shower gels, coffee capsules, soft towels and comfortable bedsheets. The apartment is beautiful!
The shower door is creaking very loudly, so it's hard to shower at night without waking up the other person 😅 our apartment was on the ground floor opposite the building entrance door, so we could hear people coming in and out which was a bit frustrating at night.

Location very good, and clean apartment.
Whilst booking it is not clear that there are multiple apartments in the same building. there are pictures of the apartments all mixed together with many of the nice roottop apartment and only a few of the others. We specifically booked for the rooftop, but ended up in the first floor. Also, the matras on the sofabed is uncomfortable.
