The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. I personally had recommendations from them which were very useful..
The room was clean and housekeeping was great..
Rooms were on the smaller side of the spectrum, especially for a 3-person room.

Location is great. Staff extraordinary specially Luca and Carlo.
Rooms very basic, no cofre or tea. TV didn’t work as they announced international channels in English and the cable wasn’t working.
