Wonderful location and customer service from staff. The room is large and bright from window. It’s pristine clean and exact like photos shown. Lovely room.

We sent our ID docs via WhatsApp to the property. No personnel on site when we arrived, so nobody checked to confirm we were who we said we'd be. We could have passed the codes on to others, we could have brought others. In other words, guest safety was not assured. They did not change codes between customers in guest rooms. We had 3 doors that needed codes to open. Breakfast of cellophane wrapped croissants/cornetti plus capsule coffee on a tray left in room, disappointing
