Lack of outlook to the ocean, which was expected. Pubic hair in the bed which may indicate the sheets were not changed prior to my arrival. Bed linen smelled poorly. No entry info provided by text. Manager suggested she was unable to send to an international number. Security entrance to hotel left open. Keypad not required. Room key left in door rather than lock box. Dog barking from opposite room.

A pleasant stay

We never saw any staff when we arrived we spoke to a very pleasant man on the phone who gave us the code to enter the building

The room was very clean and pleasant only a short walk to town and attractions there was a flight of stairs to the room which I found difficult to climb as I am disabled but I blame myself as I didn't ask for a ground floor room but we managed and had a pleasant stay

Couples overnight stay - would happily stay longer

Location was great for the beach, shops and restaurants, cinema, etc.... The room was really clean and quite spacious and had everything we needed for a self contained stay. There was also a designated parking space, which was great - a bit tight so I would suggest reverse parking into it if possible...just to save trying to reverse out onto the road, as the building is on a bit of a curve in the road so difficult to see. Owner was really easy to get hold of and gave great instruction...super friendly.

Excellent location, right by the sea / promenade. Parking easy access. Restaurants & shops nearby. Tea, Coffee, milk and washing up liquid provided.

The only thing that was disappointing, was the attention to detail. T.v. buttons didnt work (batteries flat),lights on the hob and under the cupboards missing or didn't work. Other than these minor points, an excellent apartment, in an excellent location.

Location, on the sea front.

Would have preferred a room at the front of the building. The smells from the restaurant next door was coming through the window, so keeping the room well ventilated was difficult. Also the noise of empty bottles during the night being disposed of from the restaurant.

Good location, fantastic view from dining area. Very clean and comfortable. Nice complimentary shower samples in bathroom. And there was tea, coffee and milk which was appreciated. Nice soft towels to use! We would come again.

Bit of confusion with booking.com

Clean,spacious, lovely view, managed to sort out issue with owner regarding booking.com, please when you book with booking.com comunicate with the owner or manger first to make sure your booking is complete 😀 we had a lovley lady that helped us out over the phone thankyou very much for your support.

Lack of communication from booking.com ro the nook and harbour holiday apartments, booking.com did not notify them that we were coming, good job I contacted the owner myself.
