This apartment is in a building with two other apartments, as if they were one single apartment – three in one! Zero privacy. The street was completely dark, making it a terrifying mission to find the correct building! It took me two hours to find the right door. It was cold and raining. And when I thought I had found the correct address, coincidentally the code they gave me opened a neighbor's key box. When I tried to contact the owner, she was xenophobic and said my English was difficult. Note: I speak fluent American English, and in addition I speak Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and Castilian. So many situations made me feel terribly depressed. + People from one of the apartments made noise at night and in the morning while having sex like two animals in heat. Plus... There was no laundry room and the heater simply didn't work.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment which was a great base for day trips.

The location was ideal in terms of location- it was both a short walk to the train station, to the bus interchange and the town centre and seafront. The apartment was of a good size, well equipped and met our needs.

We had no complaints about the apartment and the host.

I would definitely recommend this flat. Very relaxed stay.

Every thing you require is in this lovely flat. A lovely snack tray and milk on our arrival was a very nice touch. Parking is available which takes the stress out of finding somewhere.

Our personal preference but we found the mattress very hard and it was small compared to the base, which we hit our legs and knees on because it’s solid wood all around. Really need a fan so you could move around the flat as it’s very warm even with the windows opened.

The cleanliness, the feeling of space and being at home, the welcome pack, which was clear and informative. The welcome hamper had everything you needed after a journey. Michelle was amazing as we arrived a little early she there with a warm greeting and great information. Just couldn't fault anything. The photos on booking.com didn't do it any justice

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Nice touches such as milk/tea/coffee and treats such as snacks and chocolate. Parking outside the property was extremely useful. Easy walking distance into Weston or seafront.

The property is a ground floor apartment of a converted Victorian town house, situated in a remarkably quiet street, given its close proximity to the beach and high street - a good start! My wife and I were met by the host Michelle, who showed us around. I personally was blown away by how nice the property was - all rooms were very spacious, comfortable, clean, fresh. Even the parking spot was spacious - no squeezing in or out required. The TV was a good size, kitchen very well equipped, bed comfortable. Welcome pack very informative, although take away flyers have outdated prices. Host generously supplied snacks, tea, coffee and even milk. My wife and I took full advantage of a self-catering property by eating in, helped by a Tesco superstore five minutes walk away or less and we also got a take away delievered. If we stayed in WSM again, this would be first choice.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Clean, centrally located, quiet and comfortable. Everything has been thought of! Excellent communication and very professionally managed. Weston Super Mare was interesting with lots of friendly people. We enjoyed eating out as well as cooking in the apartment. Lots of choice in the restaurants and shops to accommodate Gluten Free diets!

A lovely flat to relax in after a day out.

The property was charming and Michelle had provided all the little extras to make it as comfortable as possible. We were within easy reach of the sea-front, the station and a Tesco's was only a couple of minutes away.We would very much recomment this apartment.

The apartment is ideally located to all local shops and the beach. The apartment was very well presented and was like a home from home, the owner had supplied everything that we required and more. On arrival a note was left on the dining table to welcome us for our stay, there was a pint of milk in the fridge, a large bag of coffee, two packets of crisps and two packets of biscuits. The apartment is located in a quite area and is very peaceful. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a trouble free break. Communication with the owner Michelle was first class also. We are looking forward to the next time we stay in this apartment.

Location - easy walking distance to Main Pier. Parking - parked off road on driveway. No Pets (have an allergy). Spacious one bed apartment with everything for a comfortable stay. Home from home with extra touches such as milk and snacks. Large Tesco within walking distance. Communications very good.

Friendly and helpful host, lovely apartment would recommend

Michelle communicated the directions for the lock box and was very helpful. We were able to check in well before the agreed time, the apartment was excellant and with a very homely feeling, the location was very central with easy access to shops, and the sea front. Michelle text us to make sure we were warm enough when the weather went a little chilly, overall it was a great stay and would recommend to friends
