The beds were very uncomfortable and there were no blankets on the beds, making for a very cold night.

Good getaway for the night or few does the job nice place couldn’t say a bad word about it other than the Netflix situat

Everything was spot on a good little getaway for the night absolutely perfect !

Door handle window in bedroom diddnt open got abit overheated , also my Netflix was still on the tv but I rang up a few months prior to take it of when I last stayed but was still on there

The location was perfect & self catering ability was very useful.

It was a little dated, no usb sockets etc There was no space to relax outside of the bedroom or kitchen table & a few noticeable sines of wear and tear.

Cot initially provided was ripped. Dangerous as kept collapsing and had a mattress too small for cot The replacement took 40 minutes at Childs bedtime Request for balcony was approved but room had no balcony

Brilliant. We've had great memories the last few years staying here.

Always a pleasure to stay. The only place we stay at when we visit Weston-super-Mare. One of our children has additional needs and its his safe place. We are close enough to the beach to come in and out as we please without the worry of getting tired. So it gives us the feeling of ease. Having access on the balcony to get fresh air and a lovely view to sit down and people watch! Rooms are beautiful. Plus it's a luxury to have a bath as we only have a shower at home! Hosts are always helpful and kind and easy and quick to communicate through text. Hosts are so kind and considerate. Kindly posted our daughters teddy who got left behind. Very greatful. Thank you guys. Hope to see you again soon!

Double bed mattress needs replacing .. could have an umbrella for the balcony as very lovely sun trap.. the bathroom could do with a coat of paint .. The balcony’s could do with more privacy between them ie small fence panel

Convention location. Size and layout good enough for a short stay.

Convenient location and efficient guest service. 1 toilet for 5 people creates problem sometimes but sea view apartment size and layout good enough for a short stay.

The beds are not so comfortable. The whole blind structure in one of the sleeping rooms fell off to the ground once we pulled the strings up to the middle position. However, It was fixed timely once we reported it to the guest service.

Location is perfect - flat is basic but fine, could benefit from a little TLC.

The host met us on time (in fact he was there early for us to have an early check in). He was very kind and helpful. The flat itself was ok, three bedrooms, two of which had wonderful sea views, one not as nice. The kitchen and dining are is small and the only communal area, which was a tight squeeze for 2 adults and 2 small kids, 4 adults would have been very challenging. Some of the pictures showed a small sofa but we didn't have this in the flat. Not having a TV/sofa room didn't bother us as we were there for 1 night, however if we'd had a longer stay it would have been more of a concern. Bed lining and towels were clean.

The walls in most of the rooms has signs of damp and could probably do will a lick of paint. Very basic equipment in the kitchen, but fine for our stay. The exterior of the property needs some TLC, but again didn't really impacted our stay. Personally I thought the price for one night was on the expensive side (esp as it was off season).

Wonderful views! Bedrooms very spacious, very clean, parking just around the corner.

The shower/ hot water definitely needs improvement..the hot water would either scold you or not ever be hot! And the oven isn't very good took us some time to cook breakfast, i understand it was a 3 bedroom accommodation but other then the very tight kitchen table there was no communal space..we ended up sitting on the floor in one bedroom to play a board game and watch a film in the evening, all in all it was just what was needed for 1 night..maybe a few nights the issues above mixed with the amount of stairs would be an issue for us.
