Only a 10 minute walk to the front, beds were very comfortable, luckily 3 fans already in the property as we stayed in the middle of a heat wave, safe and secure parking, also had toys already there for the kids to play with.
Only thing I can think of is the fridge didn’t keep things really cold.

Location of property good and parking was a bonus. Kitchen was very well equipped with crockery. There were 3 fans which were needed as it was very warm. The shower was OK except the base seemed as though it was spongy under foot. Didn't see like it has much support under it.
Drive is very uneven and lots of weeds. There is a large Bush/ tree outside of entrance door, needs cutting back. The bungalow needs some TLC and a deep clean. There aren't any instructions for how to use the dishwasher or cooker, but we didn't use them so not an issue on this occasion.

Had everything we needed including fans to keep us cool in the heat. Beds comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. Also the location was very handy for the seafront, shops, restaurants and pubs.
Shame the garden was so small!

Washing machine would be good in the bungalow.some lamps.note about rubbish collection..
