The Grove is a lovely b&b nothing is to much trouble, the staff go above and beyond all done with a smile.
The breakfast was lovely especially the extra toast.

Location amazing parking at back free
Bit cold in afternoon and very steep curvy stairs

The size of our room was good but the bed was uncomfortable with springs felt
The shower was powerful and clean towels daily if wanted.
Located at the end of maybe once a pretty town now opposite a hostel where girls of the night stood waiting for trade and opposite a park where many drinkers stood day and night, loud and intimidating. If it was just me and my friend, without our husbands, we wouldn’t have stayed there.
Not the owners fault but needs to be known
Little or no contact with the owner, all done remotely.
You chose your breakfast on arrival with little or no opportunity to change it as your sheet you filled in disappeared . Top of sauce bottle when opened was dirty,
Worse breakfast I’ve had in any guest house I’ve stayed in
