Disappointing stay

The location was very good 😊

The room was small, the bathroom was very tatty with no means of drying towels. The breakfast was mediocre. The bed was uncomfortable and the stairs were precarious. Not somewhere we would return to.

Lovely Weekend In Weston Super Mare For Harbor Lights.

Was well situated for what I was in Weston Super Mare for. Breakfast was absolutely lovely and the staff that I interacted with were lovely friendly and helpful. Would book The Grove again but if I came with my girlfriend next time I would really need ground floor room as my girlfriend would struggle with the stairs. Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone need accommodation in Weston.

Only thing I didn’t like was I could really feel the cold in my room but mind you are right by the coast and it is that time of year so it is what it is.

Great location for visiting Weston Super Mare

Great location. Everything was within walking distance; seafront, shopping and Playhouse theatre (which was the main reason for this visit). Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Three Parking spaces are available but be aware two cars are allocated to each space, so may be problematic if you want to use your car during stay.

We found our room (6) a little on the cool side, even when heating was on. Bathroom didn’t have heating and would benefit from having a heated towel rail or similar. When choosing breakfast, depending upon your appetite, be aware that only singular portions are served, so if you want extra, indicate this on your menu choice. First floor rooms are reached by narrow curved staircase which could be problematic for people with limited mobility.

Don’t stay there

The size of our room was good but the bed was uncomfortable with springs felt The shower was powerful and clean towels daily if wanted.

Located at the end of maybe once a pretty town now opposite a hostel where girls of the night stood waiting for trade and opposite a park where many drinkers stood day and night, loud and intimidating. If it was just me and my friend, without our husbands, we wouldn’t have stayed there. Not the owners fault but needs to be known Little or no contact with the owner, all done remotely. You chose your breakfast on arrival with little or no opportunity to change it as your sheet you filled in disappeared . Top of sauce bottle when opened was dirty, Worse breakfast I’ve had in any guest house I’ve stayed in

I absolutely loved our stay. The home was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The customer service was excellent. Communication with the host was prompt, professional, and very helpful, making the entire process from check-in to check-out seamless. Overall, this property exceeded expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to future guests or to stay again myself.

Curtains and blinds are not blackout and poorly fitted to window size allowing light to ruin sleep. Found some areas dusty, and faeces on the toilet roll holder had been missed when room cleaned after previous guests.

Perfect spot for a weekend away.

Lovely well kept accommodation. We stayed in a family room which was light & airy, towels were changed when requested and tea tray replenished each day. Breakfast was well cooked & tasty, and staff checked if you wanted any more when you had finished.
