Clean
No character. Very bare- no lampshades , no rugs no pictures on the wall. Very basic . Mattress was awful. Had sore back after it.

Location, spacious, nice facilities, comfy bed, it's a few minutes from several restaurants and big supermarket, it's a short stroll from the beach and it's around the corner from the station. I
Minor cosmetic issues does not affect much, however not very sound proof but hopefully like me you will be spending more time at the beach or watching the telly. Don't concern yourself too much.

Very well equipped and comfortable. Good location and parking was near to the property at £6 for 24 hours.
Washing machine was in a shared location and charged to use, needs to be stated in the description. Checkin was smooth but details sent exactly at 4pm, which was the check-in time but felt a little bit close to the wire. We arrived at 3:55 and didn’t have any details.

The location was pretty good. Very family oriented so good local shops within a short walk. Decent shower, tv connection wasn't a problem as previous review stated. Good Wi-Fi. Owners/managers left us alone, but checked in via text. Quiet at night too.
The bed was absolutely awful. It's really needs replacing. You can literally feel every spring, and I'm not a large person by any means.. Fine for a spare room etc but not when you've paid to sleep in
it. The kitchen was passable but if you really liked to cook it was missing lots like grater, strainer, a large frying pan, draining board,etc. Basically it had what you might take camping. The bare minimum. Two folks, two spoons etc. Flat had a very weird smell too.
